My dad had unauthorized debits taken from his account via online payments. We were unable to cancel these through the companies but Beth was very patient and understanding. We appreciate her care and concern in getting this matter straightened out for us.

Best bank to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They told me about the new CDs and now I am making $$$$. Never had any problems. Been with them over 25 years and even had my business accounts with them. I would highly recommend them, especially the Pittston office.

By far, THE WORST BANK EVER. I will be ending my 23 year relationship with this bank due to their horrendous Jersey Shore, PA call center and their archaic policies.
