Tried to switch to Metro, thankfully didn't after being quoted different prices for the phone I wanted when calling ahead vs when I was there in person..how a phone+ service varies by sales person and in just 15 minutes after calling the store is crazy. It's like a scam, so much double talk and lies it's no wonder anyone goes to places like this

180 for a phone that was supposed to have NO activation fees. Plus 500 for 2 FREE phones. I think they are trying to rip people off.

Their salesperson needs to go back to sales classes. I went to do an upgrade and was told the phone I wanted wasn't there, the more expensive item was, and the reson it was more expensive is because the American people were getting a stimulus so they upped the price of the phone by 100.00, last week it was 159.00. Or I could have a phone that had less space and tech than I have now on my current phone. Why the hell would anyone want to downgrade, when they specifically stated that they were coming in for an upgrade! Steer clear from purchasing new products from here, they clearly do not have the intellectual resources to comprehend what their customers want.
