Hello, I applied for a driver a few days ago but the answer is that they do not hire drivers from here in the State of Florida. I would have liked to work for prime, greetings

Shout out to Dorian, Thanks for fixing the deer guard, and battery cables. Great attitude and even took the time to look up how far the dealership was from the terminal. I was nervous to come back because of how I was talked to from inbound and outbound guys the last time i was there. But Dorian was great.

Really disappointed by the size of this terminal. My husband is flatbed and we arrived at 3 pm and while the place seemed deserted the parking was full. Prime please expand the parking lot! It's so chaotic. The cafeteria had limited options and the showers were closed. Huge bummer.

People always complain about this terminal for Prime because it does lack some amenities that the other two main terminal have. That being said, this was my first time back in about 18 months and they've really started getting this place in order in a way I've never seen it in order. The cafeteria food is now on par with the other terminals, great salon on-site, great gym, and parking is much better than before.

Prime Inc is without a doubt among the best 5 trucking companies in the country. From the amazing facilities, good and well maintained equipment, steady flux of freight among many other good things makes this company a great choice for someone wanting to be part of a good reputable organization. On the down side, as any other private or public entity you will find those annoying characters, individuals that are more concerned about their titles, their sound of their voices than to find solutions for problems or make things better. In the case of Prime the director of training Chris Martin is a very good example. Even though the training program is not the worse it needs a lot of improvement but as long as the person in charge doesn't want to change or even be willing to take good intended feedback things will stay the same or deteriorate over time.

Never taught I be doing this! But here I am….Just about a month ago I was at the terminal APU and check engine light, got those stuff figured out…A few weeks prior to that I’ve notice my front end sounding a little bit off especially coming from the driver end notify the technician about my concerns. Technician check said nothing was wrong I went even further and help him my self showed him my drag link was worn (ball joint) using my over 5 years technician skills, he called is superior and he told me it’s not worn or damage SMH I went even further and tried to duplicate the same concern on another freightliner and this guy said nothing was wrong!!!! Now a month later I’ve failed DOT because of a worn (Drag LINK) wasted an entire day!!!!!
