If I could give 0 I would. I was there from 1130-3pm for a pedi and full set. Asked for narrow slim square and got this. He was on the phone the entire time. Knew I hated them, couldn't do the design just a bad experience

I walked in had to wait when there was people to do my nails. I asked for a certain design. The guy said that was too many colors. It was literally polkadots. I thought the customer would get what they want but I guess not. He didn’t ask me to shape. I want it. He did. I picked a color, pink color on my nails and orange neon color, overall I do like my nails, but they’re not shaped the way I want and the polish job wasn’t good when they file your nails they usually ask you to get up and wash your hands and then pay. He didn’t even let me wash my hands. He just started polishing it. I would’ve gave it to one star but I do like my nails, I didn’t like the service and I didn’t like that they didn’t want to do what I wanted to my nails and then it came out to $65 I literally got a orange French tip that I didn’t ask for but it was $65 never going there again

I had a pedicure done and asked for the package that included the callus treatment and lotion massage but received neither. Absolutely ridiculous that I paid $50 just for the nails to be painted. I won’t be going back.

Have been coming to Regal Nails since they opened their doors in 2010! Love Joe & the whole staff! Always a great experience! And they do superb work! Will never go anywhere else for my nails & pedis! ♥️♥️
