Steven did an incredible job on my Volvo. I’m usually worried with others touching my vehicles but in the first 10 min I could tell he knew what he was doing. I’ll request him for any future glass needs.

5 star service. Set up a appt online, paid online, and the day of my appt (today) Derik called to let me know that he would be here in 20 mins. When Derik arrived, he was friendly and explained to me what he would be doing and how long it would take. When he was finished, he explained to me the importance of letting the windshield set. I definitely would recommend using their services. Plus they come to where you are. Thank you!

Had an appointment for a simple chip repair today. No one ever showed up. Never got a call or an update. Was very nice to waste my entire saturday afternoon waiting around for nothing. Now if it spreads over the weekend or dosen't fill properly becuase dirt gets in the chip I'll get to get a whole new windshield. UpdateCame out 3 days later with a different tech and got it done properly.i would give 5 stars if i was communicated about the no-show. I understand things happen.

I had an excellent service experience with the Safelite AutoGlass in Pittston. I needed my windshield replaced due to it being hit by a rock and cracking. The appointment was easy to set up. I dropped off my car and they called me when it was ready to pick up (I also received text status updates during the service). When I got the call that my car was ready, the representative (I think his name was TJ) was great in explaining what I should/should not do the next few days in order to keep the windshield in good shape after it was replaced. I appreciated his time in talking through that and explaining the warranty in case anything goes wrong. Really glad I chose Safelite in Pittston!

I had to cancel the appointment twice because life happens but thankfully the tech called me personally and was able to meet up with my little brother at a different location. I feel like I owe that guy a beer and a bigger tip. Thanks.

I will give John 5 Stars. He communicate with his arrival time. He was very clear on what he is to do, about how long he will be here. After he completed the work he when over things with me to be sure I was he has completed the job. I will recommend Safelite Auto Glass.

Be careful what you leave in your car. These people will steal it. Beware! Keep anything of value to you on you or take it out before you hand over your car to them. They stole my change out my cup holder and also stole out of ash tray. Yall a bunch of bums working over there. As far as my windshield being repaired they did not do a good job I still see the crack. Smh I'll go to kingston next time

Left a repair appointment with more damage that resulted in a large crack just hours later. Had difficulty calling and getting to talk to a person. Drove to the shop just to be told nobody here can help but that's a possibility and should've been told me to beforehand. Now I will be out $500 because they did not tell me their policy which would've made me shop around in the first place.

How a issue is handled is sometimes more important. It shows how a company wants you business or does not. Had a minor issue. It was handled professionally and they went and proved them self beyond my expectations. My van was done professionally which was as expected. How I was handled was beyond expectations. I would use them again. Thank you

Service was good but the replacement windshield cracked after only a couple months. (no signs of rock chips or road debris) I tried contacting safelite multiple times recently to get it warrantied. I get an answering service left messages and no call backs this is the 3rd week trying to get in touch with the company. I spoke to a technician at my place of employment verry knowledgeable about the warranty process but said I had to contact the office. The technicians are great the customer service is terrible so I can not give anything more than a 2 star review.

Tech offered to come Early as he had an opening. Was quick and professional. Great service on phone. The woman on the phone bumped my appointment up because I drive for work!

Great job.Excellent experience. Drive an hour to get there as they had the earliest appointment and glass available. Arrived at opening and was out in 2 hours...super quick.
