Very unorganized company... my boyfriend went to get in his storage unit this morning and it said access denied... it has happened numerous times b4, though he pays the bill on time and always has the receipt. And then there's no way ro get in touch with anybody on the weekends. We're about to move our things elsewhere... read full comment

It's a long waiting list in this area to find storage. The unit is fine and decently priced. Only complaint is the facility itself is a bit run down - giant lake sized potholes, difficult to get in and out - very narrow. Gate was broken so waiting for improvements to be made - would not go at night.

Perfect location, easy in and out! Been a customer a long time. Recommend it if your looking for a storage unit for non collectables! Only outside units at this location on the Pittston by-pass! Good prices. Plus they offer insurance on the contents of the units!
