I saved a long time for a pool. I had several companies give me a quote. I picked them because they were kind enough to come out and help me with the placement of the pool and yard design ideas. Another company told me all of the extras I would need and the costs but this company gave me other options to cut costs. I appreciated that. The project went smoothly. Everyone was kind and professional. If you want a company to install something beautiful in your yard and not just drop a cookie cutter pool in the hole, a company that pays attention to detail, you should consider this company.

I hired them to renovate my old pool and they did a fantastic job. New liner, concrete and patio My pool looks brand new. I’m glad I chose them.

The rep was very responsive and walked me through the whole process of the construction. I received emailed updates and pictures every evening during the construction. And they were so helpful after the construction was complete, when I had questions about water care and operating the equipment. Terrific company!

We had our pool put in last summer and we are in love! They showed up everyday to get our pool done in an efficient and timely manner… they even cleaned up their mess daily! They were such a pleasure to work with. We get compliments nonstop on our pool. Thank you Barracuda!

We are extremely satisfied customers and highly recommend Barracuda Pool Company. We researched several other pool companies and felt confident in choosing them. From the moment we walked into the store and met Keith our salesperson, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our pool and our accessories. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and professionalism of this company. Roy was in constant contact with us with scheduling and promptly returned our calls and texts. Our pool and stamped concrete patio turned out better than expected. When the job was finished they even planted trees and spread topsoil for us before packing up their equipment. Thank you Barracuda Pools and "The Dream Team" for creating our beautiful backyard oasis!

We at Barracuda Pool & Spa Co would like to make a statement concerning our Reviews. What people post is beyond our control. We have people giving us reviews that we have never done work for or they had done business with another pool company but we have somehow gotten involved, which doesn’t even make sense. A majority of the people we HAVE done work for and are now giving us a bad review are the people that decided they were not going to finish paying for their project. Nobody wants to continue doing work for customers that do not want to finish paying especially because of the expense involved and how labor intensive inground pool installations are. Google will not even allow us to dispute the accuracy of these reviews. Google will not even take responsibility to whether these reviews are true or not. We have tried disputing them. The only response Google will give is that a review can only be removed if it violates policy. And their policies are only about stalking, bullying or illegal activity and they say these reviews do not violate any of the policies. If you are interested in hiring Barracuda Pool & Spa Co to do a project for you but you are concerned after reading some of these reviews, please give us a call. We would be more than happy to tell you our side of these stories and we can give you references from many customers that are very happy and satisfied with our work. It is sad that so many companies are at the mercy of Google and a handful of nasty people who wish to destroy what we worked so hard to establish.

Buyer beware:
I have photos to share of our three year old pool . Roy Barracuda Pool and his crew were subcontracted to do our concrete work. The concrete around the perimeter of our pool is cracked and falling into the pool itself. It is a disaster, a safety hazard, and needs to be repaired. This began happening soon after construction. Roy also poured our sidewalks with less space than contracted (missing 1-2 inches around the perimeter of the pool). We contacted Roy and the pool company who subcontracted him promptly after issues began and neither will own responsibility for the damage nor fix it or add the inches he took off the perimeter of the pool.
The photos are from 2022 -it has since gotten worse. Roy claims that it was due to the walls of the pools being poured incorrectly, but we are now experiencing chipping in our patio which he poured , and is far away from the perimeter of the pool as well . Im very afraid to see what it will look like upon opening this year because it just keeps getting worse since Roy did not come to repair it or amend the missing space.
We are still paying our pool off and still no one will come to make repairs of their work. Very sad for our kids and a big headache- use an established business for your pool installation!

Roy Vaughn the owner did concrete from my pool company. There is over 5 customers that are having issues. He refuses to return their calls. I called Barracuda pools to make contact but was hung up on. I was blocked from his Facebook page. I can't get any insurance information from him. Doesn't stand behind his work

I did plenty of research on local fiberglass pool dealers and installers and Barracuda Pools came out the best, especially in regards to quality and cost! A lot of pool places only do installation and it's up to you to find a Mason, an electrician, and a fence installer. The owner of Barracuda is a Mason by trade and does beautiful concrete work around the pool. They have recommended contractors for electric and fence and both have been great to work with. The Barracuda team was very nice and professional on site. Barracuda is extremely responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend!
