“PM Medical has been a pleasure to work with in regards to the management of my dad’s CPAP machine. They gave a great in-person tutorial and provided a lot of supplemental material as well in case there were issues. Kim was very receptive to mask issues we have had in the past using a different company and very quickly found a mask that would work. He has been able to use his machine without issue from Day 1. “Love the new walk-in shower! I wanted to say thank you. Throughout the entire experience from scheduling the inititial appt through finishing the entire install was only a week total. Scott and TJ. did the install and they were great with everything. They kept me informed and were courteous the whole time with not only myself, but to my neighbors by delaying their start time to avoid waking them early when they knew it would be louder. They were kind to my autistic son when he was curious and allowed me time to go outside with him when noise was going to be an issue so I was able to avoid any melt downs. The end result, despite the few unforseen issues that they handled almost effortlessly, was beautiful. Thank you so much for the great experience start to finish. I highly recommend flexible mobility and I am especially thankful for TJ and Scott making the in home portion of the install so pleasant for us.”
