We so appreciated the lock and three keys being included so we did not have to go out and buy that ourselves. Additionally, while we had uncertainty of what size and how many units we would truly need, Mike was understanding and quick to accommodate our changing and evolving needs. Mike is easily accessible via text, phone, and email anytime we have questions or need something. We noticed the seal on one of our units was starting to disintegrate and he quickly made moves to remedy that by replacing the seal. Truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike and the facility. The convenience of the location is also top notch, especially for those in the Bellefonte area.”
“The best place for storage! Easy to sign up for, great service and great prices! If you need a great place to store your kids stuff for the summer while he is in college, this is the perfect place!!!! Most of these places hope you forget to give a notice and tack on fees etc. they were nice enough to email me and ask if we were done with the unit and cancelled everything for us and even gave us a refund on time not used without our request. This is an honest, safe and reliable company to store your things. Very clean also, no bugs or spiders on any of our things. Thank you so much!”
