I don’t know if the brushes can be adjusted but they hardly touched the front of my car. The back of the car wasn’t much better. Luckily I found some soapy water leaking from a window. I used that on my rag to wash the front and back of the car by hand.

Very clean and good work dryer function. It's impotent. It's also the only automatic car wash where the rotating brushes don't pull the rubber seals out of my side windows. This happens all the time at other car washes.

Everything was great I wanted to join the monthly club but as of right now I have the $15 a month membership at Dean Honda and it does just as good as job if you could get a monthly membership at 15 bucks I'd be glad to switch otherwise my experience on my free car wash at your place was great

I'd give them a 5 if they would run a soapy brush across my tailgate like they did when it was Sparkle. Always have a dirty tailgate when I come out!!

Good vacuums. Friendly staff. The wash was mediocre. Missed the bottom quarter of the right side and missed most of the rear.

I had stopped at this location and had a wonderful experience with Courtney W. She was so nice, explained to me the different memberships and was overall a wonderful employee!

I had problems with bugs on the car for years , I signed up for the magic shine monthly wash and my car has been bug free since.

This is the best Mr Magic in the Greater Pittsburgh area, hands down. The wash the service and the professionalism is unmatched at the other locations around Pittsburgh. The man in the picture is who I dealt with. He deserves an employee of the month award if you even do that. He at least deserves a raise.

This place has been here for over 50 years and an original car wash location in Pittsburgh like Magic’s Castle Shannon location. 5 star job!

I don't know if I got what I paid for. I am not sure how they are keeping track of which vehicle took which service. Because everyone are entering out of sequence and everyone are getting the same wash I guess there's no one to ask how odd it different from one another.

We have been customers with the unlimited package since it was Mr. Speedy’s. Since this location became Mr. Magic, the quality of the wash has gone way down. It doesn’t even rinse the soap completely so when I go through the dryers, soap spreads all over my windshield. I am then left with dried soap marks.Also they always used to pressure spray your car when you entered the wash. They no longer do that at all even though the sprayer is still there and functional as I did see staff spraying the ground with it.I am really considering cancelling our memberships and going with the unlimited package at Get Go or the new wash that will be opening down the street from Mr. Magic in Pleasant Hills.The service and quality of the washes have really hit rock bottom.

I used the Mr. Magic car wash in Mt. Lebenon, as I go through the wash lights would come on showing the selected services I purchased. The Mr. Magic in pleasant hills total darkness inside. I'm paying for the best package. How do I know if I'm getting this package??? My tires do not look like there's a shine on them. Thanks
