It was a great price and the process was completed quickly which I definitely enjoy. Most communication was done through email as we live an hour from the dealership. Brad did a great job working with us in advance to make the process smooth and painless

I had a emergency with my truck. I knew it was serious the engine lost power and was knocking. I stopped at Bowser. They took me in, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had a rental vehicle for me to use for the week they repaired my truck. Good service.Only issue I had was they were so busy that it was hard getting someone on the phone to tell me what was wrong with the truck. I would use them again.

Great experience, were very reasonable and accommodating with our schedule changes. Treated us very professionally. We said we knew what we wanted, didn't need to drive it, they immediately got us competitive numbers with the competition. Deal was done in less than an hour. Great sales team and group.

Everyone was very kind and helpful, I also enjoyed the free coffee and water. The retrofit was completed within a couple hours, well before I expected. My car was returned quickly and everything was done perfectly.

CJ treated us with curiosity and respect. We never felt pressured to “buy”. They actually called me to let me know the truck we were looking at was available. CJ kept me informed with getting my truck ready. I would highly recommend Bowser for our needs!

Bowser GMC is amazing. I called Dave in service on a Monday after lunch for an oil change and tire rotation . Dave scheduled me for Tuesday morning at 10:00 said it would be about an hour had me out in about 45 minutes. They also preformed a vehicle inspection at the same time. I was impressed with the fact that the covered my seat, steering wheel and carpeting.First Class Service at Bowser GMC. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Customer service was excellent!! Came in to look at a vehicle I found online. Within minutes of me calling to talk to a salesman they tracked me down on their lot. Going over numbers they found an additional rebate which saved me roughly $2500. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and will be referring others.

Amazing! Rondel is the best! He beat Carvana's offer for my trade and got my a great deal on my new vehicle. He was so patient with me and took the time to listen to my needs. I had an idea in my head and he showed me what I asked, but delivered what I didn't know I would love. All my questions were answered and I not only left with a great vehicle at an amazing deal, but knowledge of my vehicle and the car buying/trading process all together.

I can always trust this location with my car! Everyone here is so unbelievably kind too! Logan is wonderful and always takes great care of my car. A great atmosphere all around ! I’ll continue to come here and won’t bring my car anywhere else.

Ridiculously bad experience…. Where to even begin…. I drove my family 1500 miles from Wyoming to Pittsburgh for a new job and better opportunity. The day I arrived, I had the oil changed in my 2 1/2 year old, fully warranted with extended additional warranty, Buick Envision. The next morning, the check engine light came on. Went to AutoZone to get a code read and have them check the oil cap and little stuff for me. They hook it up, Transmission Range Sensor Malfunction code. Ok. I drive to the first dealership I can find that has available loaner cars so I can still get around. I’m assured no issues upon arrival. Brand new car, warranty will cover everything, loaner included. 3 days later, service adviser calls and tells me warranty denied the claim because of “crumbs getting down into the shifter making it a willful neglect situation”, I’ll need to pay $715. I tell him to order the part and try to push it through the additional warranty. 3 more days, he calls and says that didn’t work either, “what do you want to do?”. Seriously? I already asked you to order the part. 5 more days go by, I call the rental manager and try to get a cheaper vehicle because I didn’t trust the whole “I’ll take care of it” sentiment I had been fed at this point when I asked if I was going to be responsible for the rental fees. I’m told my warranty is covering the rental AGAIN. 2 days later, rental manger calls and tells me I need to return his rental because those cars are only for people having warranty service performed. Didn’t we just have an interaction specifically to decide who was responsible for paying for the rental? I ask him what I’m supposed to do with no vehicle after being assured it was covered, he told me “you’ll have to figure it out yourself, there’s an enterprise right down the street.”. Great customer service, right? So I freak out, thinking I’m about to lose my job when I can’t get to work (I commute an hour into the city and can’t afford to pay $589 a week for a rental, I haven’t even received my first pay check yet) and have a panic attack in front of my new coworkers. I called the dealership back, told them to ensure my car was put together by 4pm, that I was going to pick it up and take it somewhere else. 30 minutes later, all of the sudden, my car is repaired and ready. I paid the $715 and took my car home. This whole time, I had been in communication with my home dealership AND GMC directly. Bowser told me “crumbs”, told GMC it was “spilled liquid” down the shifter. My home dealership was immediately suspicious of what I was being told and the whole work around with the rental car….. there’s no reason why a bumper to bumper warranty wouldn’t cover a transmission issue. And what car can’t handle having a cheeseburger eaten in it every once in a while?????? GMC can’t even get the service advisor to return her call now to verify the work that was done and provide some sort of documentation/pictures that prove either the crumb or liquid story, whichever he decides to stick to. I’m willing to bet they did an idle adjustment and tightened the tension on my breaks real quick so I’d think they did something substantial so they wouldn’t be caught in their scam when I showed up to take my car somewhere else and to someone that wasn’t going to play along with whatever little racket these guys have going on.

Wonderful place to do business. They have what I consider to be the best service department and loaner car department in the business. We purchased our vehicle through C.J. and it was a good experience. Then when car needed serviced we dealt with Logan and he was great. The loaner or might I say rental department is outstanding. They give you such beautiful cars that are extremely clean. Never have we ever had an experience even close to being as good and friendly. Highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in and let the Power of Bowser take care of you. The entire team went above and beyond to make us happy. They definitely earned my loyalty as I will be a forever customer. Thank you all that the wife and I dealt with. You are a fantastic bunch of people.Thank YouRandy&Connie Quiggle

Easily the smoothest and simplest car buying experience I have ever had. All set up over the internet. Got the vehicle I wanted at a price I could appreciate and no high pressure sales tactics. Just show up sign the documents, get a quick tutorial on the new features and then take it home. Thanks Bowser!

I’m elated that The service department, at Bowser GM was able to fix my Buick Encore. I took the car in for a stalling problem. I’m sure my car gave them fits. The Computer was tripping codes? And telling the technician wrong information. They never gave up and solved the problem. So I personally want to thank Mike, Eric, and everyone else involved fixing my car. Thank you.
