Well, where shall I start the fact that the store is not open at 12:32pm on a Sunday like the sign says they should be?! This is unacceptable my phone keeps calling 911 and I've been here since the store was supposed to be open

I am a retail manager myself ! I came in to add hot spot . Only 1 employee here which is fine I have patience but he didn’t even acknowledge me I stood in there for 15 minutes and once he didn’t even say Hello I decided to go else where . As a paying customer it’s basic retail skills to at least great your customers. No matter what “ hello , so sorry for the wait I’ll be with you as soon as I can” I won’t be returning to this location! I teach my staff to greet people and atleast acknowledge them or they walk like I am . I’ll be switching providers because this isn’t the first bad customer service experience iv had

I was at this location today to port my number over from a different carrier due to coverage gaps. Jalisa helped me, and she was great! She was friendly, so helpful, and knowledgeable! (I had 4% battery left, zero service, and issues getting info from the other company, I know I was not a fun time to deal with!) I just wanted to say thank you again!
