Not only did this place schedule my appointment for 3pm, but they waiter until 2:55, as I was waiting in the lobby, to tell me they couldnt service my car per my appointment. After 20 minutes of the manager arguing with me on how they have a right to not give an explanation why, he took my car in a bay, came out 5 minutes later and said “we can do a care check but we cant do any maintenance and you will have to wait till close to 6 before you get your car back.” Called the police after refusal to give me a receipt of what they handled on my car, and said they dont have to tell me anything that they did on my car. Never completed any care check, nor did they even provide services to the issue for what I was there for. I will be filing a lawsuit because they put my life in danger by not only emotionally but who knows what they could have done to my car. West Mifflin police are also a joke because all they did was tell me dont come back if I dont like the service. I was going there for many years. Never again. They will not service you properly if you are any race of color. Just fair warning.

II called to inquire about an interstate battery and spoke to a person who said his name was Matt, who was pleasant and intelligent. I just happened to mention I am an out-of-towner and I find merchants in his area tend to be more polite than in my area of Pittsburgh. Matt gave me the information I needed to make a decision on the battery I wanted to purchase. I told him I would make a decision and call back. Shortly after I hung up I called back to tell him I wanted to go ahead with the purchase. This time Chris answered the phone, he must have got the memo from Matt about my comment and took offense or perhaps he is from my side of town (lol) . Seriously, I told Chris that I had a power steering leak around the reservoir and was that something they repaired. His rude remark Lady I don't know if I can fix your car or not ... Since the services that they offered did not include this type of repair that was the reason for my question. At no time did I ask him if he Could Fix My Car. Chris showed himself to be Classical Idiot, not only for not being able to articulate whether or not Ryan Automotive offered the service in addition to being what I would call stupid rude for responding to a question that was not asked in the first place. I just hung the phone up no time to swap stupidity and react like a classical idiot my self. Thanks to Chris for the 1-star review.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff! Been going to Ryan Automotive for years. We've had them work on all of cars, kids' cars, too, trailer, and diesel truck. So often we've recommended Ryan Automotive to other family members and our friends. They, too, have been quite satisfied.

Great service and friendly staff! They did an inspection on my car and replaced my tires. I wouldn’t suggest going to Pep Boys down the road as they told me that they were not equipped to change the tires on my car. You don’t want to run the risk of running in to such a problem. Go somewhere where they know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about.

Do NOT do state inspection here, unless you want to pay $40-50 extra. Here is my experience: everything looked fine at the beginning and before I left the car, the front-desk man doubled check my phone number and said "we'll call you if we find any problem." What problem can you find in a 4-yr car with only 20k miles? I left without much concern as I thought it meant "We'll call you when it's ready." Looking back, this was the sign that things would go wrong and I just didn't take it seriously. In about 20 mins, I RECEIVED their call that they indeed found a problem (!!!) and I will need to pay $40 to fix it. Otherwise, they will fail my inspection. In fact, I'd like to pay whatever it costs to fix the problem threatening the safety of my car. But as soon as I was told the problem, I knew I was in the wrong hands today. The problem is the window wiper blades, and they said they were WORN. Window wiper blades, seriously? I was expecting a real problem to be ripped off!!! Is this what you made up for a 20k-mile car? It is not even a problem in a 200k-mile car! But I knew I was trapped today, and they were strategic about how much they want to rip you off - just around $ 40-50 - and they knew most people would rather pay it than wasting another day to get re-inspected. To tell you this is not a coincidence: another Asian dude got ripped off ($50) here as well and posted a review a few days before me. So, especially if you are an Asian dude, stay away from this place. Thank you Goodyear, you just made a BadDay for me.

On the one day a week I drove my car into work, I decided to hit a nail. I have a place I usually take my car but apparently they were swamped and I didn't want to wait. I called them to see if I should make an appointment and they were like "just come on in!" I dropped my car off, walked to get some Bird on the Run, came back and had a little bit of a wait. Probably overall it was an hour but they patched me up and charged me $0. I was really happy with everything and this was all during a pandemic. Moral of the story: don't go to work but do go here if you get a nail in your tire.

Used this place a lot , bought many tires and lots of big ticket repairs. Had a 6 month old tire that needed fixed under road hazard. Took Tim with tire off cat and drove it with ty my other car to shop. They wouldn't replace it till I had the original car there even though I had proof of purchase. Had to drive an extra 60 miles round trip to literally drive car with spare into the shop son Ty why would replace tire. Horrible manager interaction. Will be last time I deal with them. There are other places that will treat a 5 year long customer much better.

I'm really happy with the service I received here. From my experience, they were very professional, didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need, and got me in and out quick. I will definitely be returning here for any other car care needs. Thanks guys!

I called Goodyear desperate after speaking to other service centers in the area who were completely unwilling to help me change a brake light (not asking for the world!) last minute. They man who answered the phone was so friendly and told me to bring it in right away and they would help me out. I appreciate that they understand the stress of minor car issues and were more than willing to help.

You'll get more than you pay for! The air valve stem on my tire was loose and leaking because a nut had fallen off. They removed the stem, cleaned the nut thread, and replaced the nut. And the price? Free! I couldn't believe it. I literally had to pay $0.
