I worked retail and management for over 20 years. Katie is the employee I'd hire. Been there a few times. Always consistent, Always friendly. And from things I've noticed, she has the behaviors you'd want in your employee!

This review is solely for the Harbor Freight on route 51 in Southland shopping center….I was in there (at approximately 10-10:30 am on Thursday June 13, 2024) and the employees were completely unhelpful and borderline rude. I asked the gentlemen behind the register a question about where a welder in their ad from the week that my husband wanted would be. He told me there were no current fliers/ads so he had no idea what I was talking about and it probably wouldn’t be on sale now. He pointed to an isle and said welders are down there. There was another employee standing next to him who also didn’t say anything. I went down the aisle and ended up just leaving cause I was so annoyed. I bought the welder elsewhere.

$30 RESTOCKING FEE!!! NEVER AGAIN HARBOR FREIGHT, NEVER AGAIN!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THAT STORE!!! No one said a word about a restocking fee when I was purchasing the welder!!
