They take forever and a day to get you your rental. Don't have a question or concern when you have the car because they DO NOT ANSWER the phone! Worst customer service EVER, HANDS DOWN!

Century 3 Kia sent me here for a rental car while mine was under a warranty repair. Patrick took the time to find me a Kia rental (because apparently Kia only pays if it is another Kia car) and was very kind and understanding over the phone. The woman who checked me out was also great but unfortunately I did not get her name. I will definitely use this location in the future should a need a rental car.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I booked at car and they claimed they didn't have any after letting the guy in front of me get one. NEVER GO THERE!!!! WOMEN WORKING IS A LIAR. STUCK WALKING OVER AN HOUR IN THE COLD!!!

The phone number online goes to a national call center, not the local office. I scheduled over the phone with a national agent, which costs extra to do. She told me everything I needed would come in an email. Hours later, no email. I called again, got rerouted to the national call center immediately before speaking with anyone local. They told me there was no record of a reservation. I asked to speak with someone in the local office and the agent said they couldn't help me with that.

I scheduled a pickup at 6pm today. I was there before half an hour and they were closed. ATLEAST INFORM CUSTOMERS WHO ARE SCHEDULED FOR PICKUP! I like hurtz but not this location. Don’t risk your plans, book a car elsewhere.

I made a reservation today when I got there they told me they didn’t have the type of car I reserved they also didn’t have me in the system when they did find me they told me I needed a credit card to pay and not a debit card
