Awesome job by the guys at Ken Ganley Toyota! They had the car I wanted brought to their lot and got me in and out in an hour and 30 minutes. Thank you to Jake Puckett, Chris Pestino, and John Mesko for getting me into the truck I have always dreamed of owning! Go visit these guys. They will definitely take care of you.

As much as I love my Honda pilot, it's become a money pit. We got it about 2 years ago. Close to 50000 miles on it when we got it and paid $32,000. Monthly payments of 525, I'd hope it would hold up better than it is. My husband bought a much older vehicle with over 100k miles at a dealership in moon, and at his first inspection it only needed wipers. And he's been using it the past 9 months driving it to Virginia every week.2 months after getting the Honda, we took it to Midas to get brakes looked at. They told us it was the control arms. We took it to Toyota to have it looked at and they trash talked midas and said the control arms were fine. They were very defensive (red flag). I took their word for it.Took it for inspection last year. $700 for 2 tires! This years inspection it needs 4 tires (not sure how the 2 we paid $700 for a year ago are bad already) and it needs wipers. Totaling $1400! Called Midas, we will save $400 getting tires there. Oh... and guess what is going to need replaced sooner than later, those control arms. I mentioned that we had the service department at Toyota look over it when we were told about it 2 months after purchasing it and they said they were fine. I was told its normal for them to go bad within 2 years and 20,000 miles put on it. Funny that we have had cars with more miles than that and never had to worry about control arms. Again, very defensive. We don't have that kind of money, and they seem to be pretty money hungry. Needless to say, I will be without a vehicle to drive my children around in.I love my Honda pilot, but not sure it's worth $32000. I feel like we were overcharged for a 4 year old vehicle. I also feel like the control arms should have been replaced before they sold it, midas showed us the controlarms and how they were going bad. I believe they were right. My daughter had a wonderful experience at Honda up the road from here. That may be the next place we will purchase from. I would not return to ken gangleys Toyota because I don't feel their used vehicles are safe and they are pricey for being used. I have 5 kids I drive around. I need to feel safe in the vehicle I drive them in. They got 2 stars for the guys that sold us our car. He was nice and obviously knew what to say to get us to buy.

I take everything back I said two years ago. With a promise sounded great, what I got was more than $5000 in repairs on a vehicle above regular maintenance on a vehicle. They sold me with a warranty for $21,000. 85,000 miles on it!

(11/13/23) Ken Ganley made good on their promise and completed the service. John in the front office and Bob in service worked diligently to ensure I was taken care of and seemed genuinely upset about how everything played out for me. I feel Ken Ganley could improve there systems for reaching out to customers to update where the car is at in the service process. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30am and was told it would be done by the end of the day. It ended up taking 3 days which is fine because they did a great job. However, I would have preferred to have been updated by the service department each day that it would require additional time rather than having to call each day before closing to ask for an update. Finally, I was told by a member of the staff that for the two month ordeal of runaround that they would “fill up my tank during service” as an additional gesture of sincerity which they did not need to do but it was a nice promise. My car was then not filled up during the three days they had it and to me underlined of promise making and promise keeping that I experienced.(10/07/23) Ken Ganley Toyota reached out to me and guaranteed the service will be completed as agreed upon. The manager expressed real empathy and I feel confident they will keep their promise. Will update when service is complete.(10/01/23)I would like to update this review upon completion of service.I bought a new car with limited negotiation and prepaid for a roof rack and trailer hitch. I was told they would be ordered because they did not have them in stock. That's totally understandable. I was told I would be called within 1 or 2 weeks to bring my car by to install. It had been 4 weeks with not a word from dealership about the status of the order or maybe that the shipment was delayed, just nothing. So I decided to follow up and I called twice over two different days with no response. On my third call, I was able to get ahold of a very nice woman in the parts department who said she could see my vehicle and parts purchase in the system but no parts were ever put on order. I was then transferred to the "service manager" and the call went to voicemail. I feel frustrated that I was promised a service that has not been delivered.2/5 stars for now

Having been a devoted customer of this Toyota dealership for five years, I entrusted them with all my vehicle services, ranging from routine inspections to oil changes. The appeal of Toyota's reliability and the promise of expert service initially drew me in. However, my recent encounter has left me profoundly disappointed, prompting me to question the integrity of their service.During my last visit, I explicitly inquired about the condition of my brake pads, stressing the importance of timely replacement to avoid costly damage to the rotors. Reassured that everything appeared fine, with only a potential revisit for the tires in a month during PA inspection, I left feeling confident, expecting to return for a state inspection.To my dismay, within a week or two, I noticed a distinct squeaking sound while braking. Initially attributing it to rust, I assumed all was well, given that the experts hadn't flagged any issues during my last service. Fast forward to the inspection, and I'm informed that not only do the brake pads require immediate replacement, but the brake rotors also demand attention due to excessive wear.This sudden turn of events is both frustrating and financially burdensome, especially given the significant expense associated with brake rotor replacement. As a customer who willingly pays extra for peace of mind, it is disheartening to be blindsided by hidden issues seemingly overlooked during what was supposed to be a thorough inspection.Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in the dealership's service. I anticipated transparency and honesty, particularly after expressing concerns about potential brake pad issues. This review stands as a cautionary tale for others, urging them to be ready for unforeseen costs and disappointments even when you are on top of things.Additionally, it's worth noting that this might be one of those minor oversights for the dealership. While it may not cost them significantly, for a customer, the impact of such mistakes is substantial. Despite a history of trouble-free visits, this incident has prompted me to reconsider my loyalty to the dealership.

Very easy to work with. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for easy. We never felt pressured. My only complaint is we usually drive a new used car away with a full tank. That’s a very small detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Good job!

I decided to go see the 4runner that interested me on a Friday morning at 10:30AM.....by noon, I was sitting behind the wheel of my new vehicle driving it off the lot! Jared Fleming was amazing, really took his time and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle, and Shaun M made the financing a breeze. These people know what they're doing...PERIOD!! Do yourself a favor the next time you need a car, truck etc.. and go see these guys at Ken Ganley Pleasant Hills, you'll be glad you did!

I lucked out getting Dan as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted and was able to even get me a free loaner until my vehicle arrived at the dealership. This Camry is better than anything else I looked at. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the people there and the outcome of my car buying experience.

Wonderful experience with all parties involved with the purchase of my new truck! Just moved to Pittsburgh from Seattle, and they were super understanding and patient while I had to get a new state driver's license.Would definitely recommend for the customer service alone!!

It was such a positive and pleasant experience! Easy to set the appointment and the wait was short.The guy at the front desk, he wore a pink polo shirt (I didn't get his name), was very welcoming and kind.This is my new Toyota dealership here in Pittsburgh, I just moved from Florida and this is one of the best Toyota dealership I've ever been to!

Super friendly staff and overall easy buying process! This is the first car I have purchased from a dealer and I felt comfortable the entire time, especially if I had a question.
