Took my daughter's dog Maze for a spa day. Lol! Maze was really rough to groom when we first started take her there. But she has warmed up nicely to Sam. He's very patient with her. She always looks great when she's done. Love the little bandana too.

Personally my husband and I always have a good experience at this store. Staff is friendly and store is clean. We haven’t done the separate area for animal grooming but so can’t speak on that. Recently purchased a Syrian hamster here and so far it’s been great, she’s really loving her new home.

Website advertisement focuses on walk in appointments and happy hour specials but no stores in PA have such thing. Please be transparent to customers and remove those adds.

Line all the way down the aisle from the door, nobody helping out, 2 cashier's on 1 register - I hope for training purposes.

I get my dog groomed at this location by Sam Stefani and he is the best! Very courteous, does a great job and appreciates that Pooka is an anxious dog and gets her through her groom patiently.

Excellent customer service. Spoke for 20 minutes with a pet expert on setting up my new fish tank. I will be back in a week to begin stocking fish.

The store has alot of items that we can not find in other stores so it's unfortunate we no longer want to go there . I had to report to the manager one of the groomers being aggressive with one of the dogs they were grooming and I would not recommend taking my dog there and leaving it. We have witnessed fighting between the workers in front of customers and the person in the fish dept would not let us buy a gold fish claiming she did not think our tank was big enough. I would try to find another pet store.

Ninth Life animal rescue treats you like a criminal that has to prove your inocence before you adopt a cat. Rude and emotionally unbalanced persons reviewing applications. However Petsmart management was understanding and apologetic. Cashier provided alternative adoption agencies.
