On memorial day,the store manager ,Donna,( I believe that's her name) is very rude. I came up to the check out as she was going to walk away and said out loud,"I might as well stand back here all day. I'm not going to get anything done."I asked if the sold chew by the can as I only saw rolls at that time. I asked for wintergreen long cut. She rudely asked" which is it winter green or long cut? "She threw the can in the bag. And slammed the cat food back on the counter. After the transaction I asked for the district managers phone number and she responded she couldn't give that out. I firm ly told her I would find our and that she was rude and walked out. ..The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.

When they were recently renovating the store, my family stopped by around 8-9pm (unaware they were renovating) when all of a sudden as soon as we pull our vehicle in, a woman runs out of the store, screaming and waving a broom and dust pan, running towards our car. She screamed “WE’RE CLOSED, WE ARE CLOSED!” as she got closer and closer to the car and eventually to the drivers side window. The car hadn’t even made it fully into the parking lot to even turn around. We were in such fear because this woman had basically ran out in front of our moving vehicle, waving a broom and dust pan around at our car and since we didn’t want her to be hit, we of course stopped. The appropriate thing would of been to let us park, not run at a moving vehicle at night, approach our window (or even let one of us get our first) and calmly say “I’m sorry, we’re renovating”. NOT run at a moving car screaming with a broom and dust pan at night time, making a whole family afraid that they’re about to get jumped for even pulling in. I really hope this woman doesn’t work at the store and was just there helping renovations because that interaction alone was enough for me to file a complaint to whoever is manager or corporate.

Lady working the register is miserable. Not friendly at all. Maybe she should get a job that doesn’t require customer service. I’d rather shop at Walmart then deal with her attitude. Everyone complains about her yet she’s still there, spreading her misery.

Covid safety measures on full display. The cashier was friendly. I stopped here for water during my 100 mile bike ride. Fellow customers were kind, asked me questions, and maintained proper social distancing.

I tried to get a cell phone that had a $40 discount with the purchase of a $40 card. The computers were never set up for the sale. I waited over an hour in the store while the employee was on the phone trying to get the computers up to date. I am still in the store. The sale was supposed to be in the computers three months ago. I want to file a complaint. THIS IS AN UPDATE: The District Manager come through, He was very concern. He personally made sure the issue was corrected to my satisfaction. I was impressed by his actions to resolve the issue. I change the stars to 5 from a 1 solely on The District Manager's actions, Thank you.
