Wasn’t sent any notice whatsoever whenever package was being delivered although I signed up on FedEx to be notified, first my delivery was sent back to whomever and not delivered although it said it was on its way, then I reordered after finally receiving a refund and now the same issue is occurring but now they’re not telling me when they’re coming - I live in an apartment and work night shift.

This is ridiculous. I tried to call FedEx for a package being delivered to an incorrect address but the 800 number refuses to let me talk to anybody. What does it take to get to talk to a live person?

Driver LIED 2 days in a row by saying he/she attempted to deliver my package to me..I was home both days and even have a camera set up watching my porch and yard.! So now I have to make a 30 minute drive to pick my own package up that I already paid Sped-Ex to deliver..this will absolutely be the last time they’ll ever get a Penny from me..Go UPS,USPS

have real people who can answer phones to give real updates on where a package is. when I'm told it'll be delivered by 4:30 today and it's still not here isn't good when my customer is waiting on a part.

Stood in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes because nobody was working behind the counter (at 1:30 pm). Was kind of amused when the man who assisted me needed my help reading my wife's cursive handwriting (which is, actually, very neat). He said, "I've never spent much time with cursive."

I have gone to this location 5 times in the past couple months to ship miscellaneous things for the company I work for, and I have had the pleasure of having Ian help me each time. No matter how clueless I am about details, packaging, or shipping—Ian is always a HUGE help and takes great care of me. I’m always so relieved to see him behind the counter because I know he’ll make sure to thoroughly explain the answers to any and all of my many questions! He is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at customer service. Give this guy a raise and a promotion, FedEx!!!

Fedex has the worst drivers and they are liars. I had a package due to be delivered today and the driver stated the address was incorrect and that I didn't live here. He never rang the intercom or made any type of delivery attempt as I've been here all day. I have now been advised by FedEx that I need to call the shipper and rectify the issue with them. There's nothing to rectify. The address is correct, the driver just didn't deliver the package.
