The staff at this daycare are wonderful! My son has been here for 3 years and they have been attentive, caring, and accommodating the entire time. They go the extra mile and make sure every child's individual needs are met as they grow in the center. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

I can't recommend KinderCare of Plum enough; my son started going here at 10 weeks old and is now 2 and a half, and we couldn't be happier with the care he has received. The teachers here truly love these kids and take the care that they give seriously. The decision to leave your child in the care of anyone other than yourself (especially strangers) is not easy and it comes with a lot of stress and uncertainty, but I can tell you that our minds were put to ease quickly and we have never regretted a day that he's been attending school here. Considering he spends more time there than he does at home, I have to give them so much credit for his development and his learning. The staff are also so considerate and personable, and always make us feel welcome, even early in the morning đ. They're very respectful when it comes to personal requests for individual kiddos, open to tough conversations, and are as accommodating as they can be. A huge benefit is the app they use to communicate throughout the day; it keeps you at ease knowing you're getting updates and photos while they're there, and a quick and easy way to communicate if needed. I highly recommend Kinder Care and especially this location!

As a first time parent, I was very anxious about taking my 6-month old to daycare, but I quickly felt at ease after visiting the Plum Kindercare in 2023. The management staff is wonderful and reliable, and we are very fortunate that three of the infant teachers who cared for our first daughter are also taking care of our second daughter as of January 2025. The staff in all rooms are friendly, and we greatly appreciate the communication and pictures that are provided through the daycare app.

I am not sure where to even start. My daughter started at Kindercare when she was 4 months old. She is now 4 years old. The teachers and staff have become family to us. They have advocated for my little girl and celebrated some of the biggest moments in her life. Not only are they caring and nurturing, but they have a wonderful curriculum that they follow. As an educator, I couldn't be more pleased with how much she has learned. They are hands down the BEST there is. There is no doubt that I HIGHLY recommend this center!

Both of our boys are with this Kindercare, and we couldnât be anymore grateful for the team taking care of them! On the flip side, our boys absolutely love their teachers! The communication is very open and consistent, the teachers are caring and professional, and the facility itself is very well-kept. I donât have a single ounce of regret or âmom-guiltâ committing to this daycare!

I started my older daughter at KinderCare of Plum over 2 years ago. I recently started my younger daughter at 7 months old. We had a truly great experience with the consistent staff and the Plum management team. My younger daughter has a minor medical complication that doesnât affect her day to day, but can be very serious. The teachers and staff were incredible and made us feel so comfortable about her starting daycare. The communication to us via the app throughout the day was excellent. The pictures and videos we received really made me feel connected to them while there. Childcare is very expensive, and KinderCare is more expensive than other centers in the area. There has been staffing turnover since weâve been there, but overall I would recommend KinderCare Plum.

We could not be happier with KinderCare Plum. The staff is phenomenal. Our son is meeting or exceeding all of the milestones for his age. Anytime there has been a setback, KC has been there to advise on early intervention to get him back on track. We are very grateful for them!

THE BEST DAYCARE HANDS DOWN! I have 3 children & have been to 5-6 different facilities over the years & Kindercare Plum is by far beyond comparison. The staff, facility, communication, and most importantly, the genuine care of your child is BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! I would go lengths to enroll my child in their program. If you've been looking for a safe, reliable, & all around good energy daycare for your child- your search ends here!

Beyond blessed to have sent our daughter to such a lovely daycare. We were nervous sending such a small baby away for most of the day while we were at work but their staff is incredible and kind, making it so much easier. Their app is wonderful and they update you on what your child is doing throughout the day! Children learn and grow so much here with the help of their teachers. I couldnât recommend this establishment and its staff enough. If youâre looking for childcare in Plum, donât hesitate to send them here! Only reason we left was due to a job change making it possible for someone to stay home with her.

The only upside of KinderCare of Plum, is that it's close by for us and my son is starting to learn things and gaining socialization skills. The downside - where shall I start? The teacher turnover is horrible. My son gets really close to a teacher, and the next minute they're quitting. The teacher morale is terrible, as I've had occasion to speak to them one-on-one. The center seems to be always closed for staff shortages, COVID and/or COVID quarantine. It's also closed for other random issues as well. Yet, we still have to pay the full tuition. My main issue is reliability, which I feel it is completely not.

My kids where coming home with a lot of reports daily. Teachers with no experience and a lot of change of schedule due to lack of staff. I saw with my own eyes a teacher hit a kid. PLEASE VISITS YOUR CHILD. No learning curriculum.

Couldn't handle my twins. Suggested I get an aid for them. They were only there for one week. Dropped them as students because they allowed my daughter to destroy papers or crafts or whatever it was in the directors office.

I absolutely LOVE the KinderCare of Plum. I've used another daycare in the vicinity and have taught in various child cares in the area. And this one is by far the best! They are very friendly and informative, and with all of the covid restrictions I love that they upload info and pics into the app throughout the day!

Our family loves Kindercare! My daughter gets very excited about coming in every day. Her teacher Ms. Cat is wonderful! My daughter is already recognizing sight words when we read books and comes home every day talking about all the fun things she learned and did. We are more than happy with our experience with Kindercare.
