“This was the third messagenger serive I had stopped at this day and they were so warm and when there was an issue with a license not validating they gave me a printout on how to get it fixed, and took my number so they could keep trying and actually called me when they finally got it to work. They went out of their way to help me and I am very grateful for their service they provide. It's not the closest one to me but it's the only one I will go to now.”

“This is an updated review & I was a bit worried after reading bad reviews & wondering how I could've had such excellent service last time I was there compared to those bad reviews. Well I had to return a 16lb box of stuff this a.m. & I had a return label in my phone that the place I was returning to had sent me. I showed the label to the young man behind the counter & he explained that the label was not the QR scan kind, that it had to be printed & that there would be a charge of $3.21. I said fine & he took my phone & did several "finger movements" & handed back my phone;went off to the printer, came back with a label & while putting it on my package said "You're all set ma'am,(with a smile)we have it from here & thanks for using the Monroeville UPS store." I was back in my car & it was only maybe 7 minutes from getting out of my car to getting back in, receipt in hand, & feeling very happy! GREAT SERVICE FOR SURE! FRIENDLY STAFF! QUICK! EASY! Btw, there was a sign that said "LINE STARTS HERE" but I was the only customer & we kidded about a "GreenAcres" episode where Oliver was the only customer & had to take a number "22" & the card holding thing had a card #4 & the idiot guy was calling out "#5? Does any one have #5??? #6? etc etc" but no one was there but Oliver with #22! They'd lost all the # cards between 4 & 22! So I asked if I had to take a #! The kid had seen that GA episode & we laughed. LOL! That's employee 231873, wish I had gotten his name. He was an excellent rep for UPS Store! I can't say enough nice things about that UPS Store!”

“The Eric who works to front desk it's kind of considerate and courteous you ask for anything like assistance and knowing you got a problem with your package or your mail he'll try to get to the bottom of the problem if it can't help you he knows where to send you for assistance all you got to do is ask. I have my PO box over there and if I have mail that's overflowing he'll put it in the back for me which is really nice of him. Thanks Eric for everything you do”

“I usually see Renee at the counter, and she is very nice and moves the line quickly. I have also called with questions (when other local offices wouldnt answer the phone), and Cathy is wonderful. Friendly and efficient.... Wish all usps offices worked like this one! Recommend especially if you are starting a small business/online shop, as they've answered many questions about cheaper rates and packaging.”

“This site provides full UPS courier services. It is located inside Staples - turn right to get to the UPS counter after entering the store. The sign outside (see photo) states "Ship 7 Days a Week", and the UPS is indeed open all days, including Saturday and Sunday (but not 24 hours, and not all services available on weekends).The UPS staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products.The carpark (shared with other stores like Quest Diagnostics and a new Aldi) is large with ample free packing.”

“In search of a post office near me or on the way to work that was open before I had to start work. I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position. I am most appreciative!”
