Been a patient for about a year and a half and have no complaints. Both my kids are patients as well, my 4 year since she was 3 and my 2 year old since he was born. There have been a few times I’ve had to wait, but it happens.

I have had no issues with this office, everyone is pleasant and caring. I have had Nurse Practitioner Karah and she has helped me so much and has gone above and beyond. Very caring person that gives excellent care to her patients.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone has been very nice and caring. I have seen Grace Eustace PA-C, Shannon Hodnett PA-C, as well as Doctors Blore & McKenna and all have provided excellent care with no issues. Unfortunately I think it is the few people who have had issues that leave bad reviews and when people are happy they don't think to write a good one.

Waste of time. Rushed visits and really they don't give a darn about their patients. Won't fill prescriptions I have been on for years. Been coming here since I was 14. I'll never be back.

WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I was a new patient here. The atmosphere and everyone I interacted with was quite miserable. And then my story: I had to pay $150 out of pocket due to their incompetence. I came here for a physical, was 5 minutes late, then continued to sit waiting in an exam room for at least 10. By the time I saw a doctor, they said it was too late to do my physical, not enough time, but they'll enter my info into the system and see me next time. Apparently entering my info into a computer costs $150. And my insurance does not cover a "random medical visit" so it all had to come out of pocket.They didn't care at all or have any symphony and would not work with me to find a solution. They simply don't care about you and are running a horrible practice. I will not be returning.

I have been a patient at this practice for more than 15 years. I have had good experiences with the MDs and NPs. Dr. Scott Blore is a wonderful family physician, who helped me immensely this past year. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one with thoroughness. Yes, you sometimes need to wait for an appointment, but I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Had slight sinus congestion (holiday stress cold), they cancelled my appt after i took off 4 1/2 hours from work cause it is a Covid symptom. Welcome to backwards world.

Dr. Ferrera is awesome and i like having him as my primary care physician, but today i was told that he doesnt trust that im no longer using drugs and in his exact words.. "its easy to pass a drug test if you know when it is", he clearly has no understanding of how opiate withdrawl actually is and was completely ignorant about it.

Still making people wear masks when most of the people are old? Remember the song "psycho killers?" My Dr told me I have to wear a mask with asthma. ASTHMA! They push vaccines too because they get bonuses. Don't take any vaccines from these people.
