Just bought 2 of the saddest looking hotdogs, I cam remember when they used to be good, but clearly, they are focusing on the other prepared foods and not paying attention to refreshing the other foods.

Quite literally EVERY online order I do (always prepaid thru the app) is never out well past the time of pickup and I regularly stand there until someone finally asks what I’m waiting for and it’s miraculously always done and just sitting back behind the counter. When I asked the manager on duty how I can rectify this his solution was to just come in and order on the screen….why offer mobile ordering then? Shortest wait I’ve had is 11 minutes past estimated pick up, longest was almost 40 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and they had no problem just giving me the cold food that had been sitting behind the counter that whole time.

Customer for 10+ years but I think it’s time to stop. Constantly messing up my tobacco purchases. If you realize in the store it’s fine, but if they put the wrong item, $30 item might I add, in your bag and leave the store with it it’s an issue and can’t be exchanged. Really poor policy and has happened on several occasions, wasting a lot of my time and money. Really fed up with this store.

This Wawa is fantastic… as long as the guy with the moustache isn’t working the deli counter. He has been apathetic at best, straight up ride at worst. I have started driving an extra few miles to the new wawa on 313 if he is working. The rest of the staff at this wawa is incredible. It is unfortunate that he creates a poor reflection on the entire store with his attitude.

Always a great place to stop as I am getting on and off of the turnpike. Always quick service and a very friendly staff. One of my favorite Wawa’s to pitstop.

Store has much more than expected from standard convenience stores and almost always have what I'm craving (or can't get elsewhere @1am). Hot & cold food items (sandwiches, subs, burgers, pizza, fries & more) are available for take-out by ordering via their app or in-store. Orders are ready quickly and everything I've had has tasted good (even better late at night when nothing else is open). ATMs without surcharges. Lots of coffee choices. Fountain drinks. Store & bathrooms are clean & orderly. Friendly staff. Gas prices tend to be lower. Love that this is now a convenient available option for me!

10/21/24 I’ve been getting the Turkey bowl for many years now ! Today we stopped and got two for dinner ! Dinner time came and had them for dinner , I asked my wife if she hit the children’s portion ? No only one size , I guess this is my last Turkey bowl , the portion was extremely small more than when they came out ! It’s hardly worth the almost $10 price ! I stopped getting my hoagies there also very skimpy ! Well I can find gas cheaper most anywhere , so I guess that was my last visit to any WaWa !
They should be disgraced at the cheating of their customers who contributed to the company growth through the years … they need to start treating customer base much much better ! I’m done with them !
