This company treated me very fairly overall during my years with them. There were a few misunderstandings, and they were very accommodating for me and my technical and legal lack of knowledge and a insurance mix up. I have since studied a little of Roman Law and found out just how good they were to me.

The technician from AdaptHealth who visited to drop off medical equipment called that he was on the way, arrived on time, patiently explained the operation of the loaner device and discussed options for recovery of the device tomorrow morning. He was/is very personable and competent. Oh he visited on a Federal Holiday. I’d give him 10 stars if that was an option.

Great delivery driver and okay bed. 2 stars for them. The rest of the story is incredibly bad. It starts with the automated phone attendant, by far the worst ever experienced, then moves to the back office which I’m guessing is in Asia somewhere, not the best language skills, to them having the email dispatch and get back to us immediately on that delivery time. HA!All is all a terrible company that buys decent equipment does a good job with hiring and training their delivery drivers.

Erin, RT is the best!! She recommended a new mask that is so much better than the old one. I was so impressed that I sent the CEO an e-mail praising her and got nice response from him.This is one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had!

Most importantly, Deborah adjusted her appointments to accommodate our schedule. She was thorough in explaining all aspects of the mask and machine, and cleaning and replacement of components. We were finished in 30 minutes.

They took my insurance when no one else would! They were on time to deliver my oxygen machine and show us the set up and how to maintain the machine. Very, very nice people! They also delivered my portable oxygen concentrated and show us how to set it up and charge the unit. They gave me my freedom back!! Thank you Adapt Health from the bottom of my ❤️ ? ? ?

She has a wonderful personality. Very helpful and answers any questions you may have. She is very cheerful and always has a smile. Always on time and gives you a notification when she would be there. Great thanks for everything she does.

The entire staff was extremely helpful in providing me with my new Cpap machine. I had an appointment and there was no delay. The Cpap Technician took her time to to explain my new machine and answered all my questions. At no time did I feel rushed to complete my appointment. For these reasons I think the Mt. Airy, NC office deserves a 5-star rating.Kindest Regards,T Lee

7 billing reps in 6 months Ive tried to have billing error corrected where they placed a credit card on my account wasnt mine and I had never gave them due to my issurance coverage. It caused a hold placed on my account that prevented emergency services for my home oxygen unit they wasnt working properly and numerous resupply orders to be shipped were not. I even had a insurance case worker call on a recorded line last week and we were assured th problem would be corrected, it was not.

My oxygen machine was not working properly and I called and thet immediately had a replacement delivered. Dontell Walker was very nice and punctual. He was here very quickly and answered all my questions. Definitely great customer service and very caring and efficient. Keep up the great work.

We were pleased that mom was able to leave the hospital because this company delivered oxygen at the hospital first. Then at home too. I recommend this company. I feel that they went out of their way to ensure mom had oxygen.
