I had another disappointing experience at this specific CVS pharmacy. The staff was rude, dismissive, and demonstrated a lack of professionalism. The level of service was far below what one would expect from a reputable establishment. It's unfortunate that a non-franchise store can still have quality assurance issues like these. Despite vowing not to return, I gave it another chance due to convenience, but it has only deteriorated further. The drive-thru was closed due to a lack of staffing, and the pharmacist insisted I come inside, even though I have COVID. I would strongly caution against visiting this location.

Came on here to complain about the pharmacy but I see I'm not the only one dealing with this absolute bullshit. Their hours are terrible and they're the slowest I've ever encountered. I just rushed here from work before they closed because who can ever predict their ridiculous hours. I get there and there's a giant handwritten sign that they're closing at 5pm. How do you even expect to get that information out to your customers. I try to call and ask them not to unpack my prescription and they do it anyways. When I call to get it refilled, they take days to actually get it started. I am not a complainer but this place makes me mad every time I step foot inside.

Worst pharmacy ever felt with as a health care provider trying to talk with pharmacy on hold over 40 minutes finally gave up left a message for them to call me never did they really deserve a minus star

Horrible pharmacy and service. They do not fill scripts when they're called in....nothing is filled until you actually show up (even if have given them data to fill it) and try to pick it up....then you will wait in store for an eternity while they fill it.

Horrible pharmacy! The drive thru window is never opened. They never pick up the phone. Yesterday, my doctor sent a prescription around 9:30 am and on the CVS App it showed processing all morning so I decided to call them mid day and it was ringing for 45 minutes so I finally hung up. I waited until end of the day thinking my prescription will be finished but NOT! I should have known better because two weeks ago, I had received a text to confirm to refill my prescription. It texted that it will be ready in 30 minutes but when I showed up they didn’t even process the refill. Another customer was irate because she also received an alert that hers was ready and it wasn’t. She got loud saying how this pharmacy was ridiculous and that she will no longer come here because it happens all the time. This place is a mess. They only have one pharmacist and one cashier working when most of the people are picking up after work. Unbelievable!

Ghetto store. no one will pick up the phone - tried 7 times. 2 scrips in process - for 2 weeks - 1 scrip that i used 1 time has been filled 3 x - tell them every time - stop filling it - and then they fill it. no clue what they are doing. dont trust your health to CVS. go somewhere else - anywhere else.

Employees seem very disgruntled. I can't know this for sure, but appears as though this store is under poor management. Staff members should not seem this unhappy on the job and point to them not being treated properly. My advice to the store manager is to work on staff morale!

Why take reservations for COVID/flu shots if you cannot keep them on time? Arrived at 4:30p for a 4:30 appointment. Both my wife and I signed up for that time slot. Unbelievable... My wife was not called back until 5:18p and I was not called back for my shot until 5:23p. We waited (with a toddler mind you) for nearly an hour. Why have the reservation system if you are that bad at following the time slots. What a joke. We will not be coming back to this location.

Speaking for the pharmacy only, extremely high prices, poor service. I save about 80% using a local pharmacy. The only advantage to CVS, they are everywhere so you can transfer prescriptions when traveling.

Today I was going to take my medsl and found I got the wrong script. After 2 tries calling and Noone picking up in pharmacy got someone who said it was the same just minus a main ingredient. How is that correct? No apology...0! My husband and I will be going elsewhere from now on. No customer service at all!
