  I went to this location in need of skin care products without a clue of what to get. I was helped by Autumn, who went above and beyond to ask questions about my needs and recommend the products that are best for me. A few months later and my skin is glowing! Thank you Autumn for the professional and educated assistance. I also met George, and that guy rocks.

  Most of the staff in the pharmacy are very polite and try to be as helpful as possible. The Indian guy that works there, Vishal is the complete opposite. He’s always very negative and snippy towards me, no matter how friendly and polite I try to be. Once I waited over 30 minutes for a script to be filled, and overheard him asking a pharmacist “if you get the chance can you fill this?” Not even mentioning how long I’d been waiting. And she said “oh I filled that a while ago, it’s been here this whole time.” Like ??? Then he didn’t even call me up right away, I had to wait a little longer till he could bother to check me out. Offered a monotone half assed apology for the wait, not even looking me in the eye. I hadn’t once come up to complain or demand when it would be ready. Polite or firm, it doesn’t matter my approach. He’s a complete jerk. I may need to find a different pharmacy, but he’s the only person there I’ve had a problem with.

  Following up on my previous review from a year or so ago. The service is still terrible. The prices are still high, if they do provide service at all.

  About two years ago they would used to be fast. Now they have become super slow. You go through the drive through and they will say “can you come through the main door cause it can take a very long time”. Literally in like 5 min my turn came through the drive through. I even went inside there was barely any people there. They are just super slow. They don’t believe in customer satisfaction cause they know patients have to come here so they give you bad service.And if you are overworked, then CVS it’s your responsibility to add more people if you are minting so much money

  This is a beautiful new facility, BUT SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. Stock is low, they are shorthanded, but the staff is incredibly helpful. Almost impossible to reach a human in the Pharmacy, but when you do, they are helpful. I am sure that Sandra is keeping the pharmacy running. Get her some additional help, please.

  They deserve a zero star! Being a health care provider and no one answers the phone in pharmacy on hold over 30 minutes finally gave up. Left a message for call back no call back. Told patient they needed to pick a different pharmacy!

  I dislike leaving negative reviews. Typically the staff at this cvs is extremely courteous and professional untill today. when i had the pleasure of dealing with Vishal. He was extremely u helpful and even hung up on me. 20mins passed by and he called and said my item would be ready for pick up. again typically Jamie and i can’t remember the other women’s name are extremely helpful and they go out of there way to provide exceptional service. Very disappointed with my service today.
