About two years ago they would used to be fast. Now they have become super slow. You go through the drive through and they will say “can you come through the main door cause it can take a very long time”. Literally in like 5 min my turn came through the drive through. I even went inside there was barely any people there. They are just super slow. They don’t believe in customer satisfaction cause they know patients have to come here so they give you bad service.And if you are overworked, then CVS it’s your responsibility to add more people if you are minting so much money

This is a beautiful new facility, BUT SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. Stock is low, they are shorthanded, but the staff is incredibly helpful. Almost impossible to reach a human in the Pharmacy, but when you do, they are helpful. I am sure that Sandra is keeping the pharmacy running. Get her some additional help, please.

They deserve a zero star! Being a health care provider and no one answers the phone in pharmacy on hold over 30 minutes finally gave up. Left a message for call back no call back. Told patient they needed to pick a different pharmacy!

I dislike leaving negative reviews. Typically the staff at this cvs is extremely courteous and professional untill today. when i had the pleasure of dealing with Vishal. He was extremely u helpful and even hung up on me. 20mins passed by and he called and said my item would be ready for pick up. again typically Jamie and i can’t remember the other women’s name are extremely helpful and they go out of there way to provide exceptional service. Very disappointed with my service today.

Only rating this based on the pharmacy which takes forever to get through and there is never anyone knowledgeable to speak with.

The worst pharmacy I have been to. I had a prescription called in for my sick child, I called at 3:30 and they said their systems have been down and the earliest they could have it done was 6. That’s fine, went at 6, waited 15 min before someone helped me, they said it would be 5-10 min to fill it. Waited 30 min, asked again, they said they couldn’t find it. Someone else went to look, they tried giving me two bottles of pills, this was the incorrect medicine. 10 min later they find the correct one, I hear the pharmacist tell the tech “just eyeball it” as I see the tech pouring it into another bottle. I get home, it wasn’t enough medicine for the one dose and now they’re closed. Absolutely unacceptable.

Wish the CoVID Test process was more streamline in store. Process ordering them online is great.

Employees seem very disgruntled. I can't know this for sure, but appears as though this store is under poor management. Staff members should not seem this unhappy on the job and point to them not being treated properly. My advice to the store manager is to work on staff morale!

Minute clinic is terrible.Also I know pharmacy is extremely busy and should be staffed with more help. No one comes to the counter. No one seems to care.

This is my first 1-star review, and CVS deserves it. Posted pharmacy hours are until 7pm. I got to the counter at 655, and the gate was halfway closed. I politely asked the associate behind the counter if she could get my daughter’s medicine for her strep throat. She and and pharmacist said they could not, because it would be too much trouble to open up the register (I guess they closed it early). They told me I should go to another CVS nearby that is 24 hours. I asked an associate on the floor about this situation, and she said it wasn’t her department and did not want to help me in any way. I called the CVS main number and complained. They are going to make the district manager aware. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere. I was appalled at the lack of consideration, compassion, and respect.

I wish I could give 10 Stars to Sandra the Pharmacist. Always helpful and so pleasant. While I would never want to be on the other side of that counter the techs and staff are very patient and courteous. Overall this CVS locally is my favorite, clean and helpful staff.

wish i could give it a 0, the kids behind the pharmacy counter stared at the line cluelessly and no one came over to help. I called at 2:20pm asking about my prescription in which they told me it would be done in 20 minutes. I arrived at around 3:00pm and they told me they still hadn’t done it yet. The wait times are horrific

Why take reservations for COVID/flu shots if you cannot keep them on time? Arrived at 4:30p for a 4:30 appointment. Both my wife and I signed up for that time slot. Unbelievable... My wife was not called back until 5:18p and I was not called back for my shot until 5:23p. We waited (with a toddler mind you) for nearly an hour. Why have the reservation system if you are that bad at following the time slots. What a joke. We will not be coming back to this location.
