I was just treated so rudely at this store, I still can't quite believe it. They messed up my print order - a tiny, trivial thing that could have been fixed in ten minutes. Instead of fixing it, the guy argued with me about whose fault it was (definitely not his!!), and when I got upset, he told me to go somewhere else, and threw my order in the trash. I am not kidding. He threw my order in the trash can. I still can't quite believe it. I put in a complaint with FedEx customer service, and who knows if I will get any response to that, but what the hell, FedEx?? Do better.

During the most recent visit, Some new younger staff members don’t understand simple English!! I asked for a FedEx Padded Envelope and the lady attending to me said “I don’t understand what you are asking for” and at the same moment, the staff member working couple of feet away inside the store heard me loud and clear and came forward to give me the padded envelope without any questions.You better recruit people who know your own inventory better.Note: Have had smooth experience in the past while dealing with other employees.

I don't even know where to begin with this there is so much going on that's wrong with this location. Let's start with the day that I wasted an entire workday on getting quotes from shipping companies and FedEx not only gave me their quote online but I made a call for 45 minutes to make sure that a VERY large package was indeed the price that was quoted to me online before I took it, and had to take a truck to take it to the store, so that I could have it carried in to drop. Once I got to the store, the quote went from $124-$386. Despite the fact that I had confirmation, showed them the quote, I was given, and reference the woman's name and the phone number that I called confirming it. They took a total of seven hours of my day and I was right back where I started. All they did was say they were sorry for the confusion now today? I brought into boxes, one very large, and one was a Nike shoebox with shoes in it. In the 30 years that I have been shipping packages out at a rate of 20 to 30 a day, the man at the desk, the same man who said he was sorry for the confusion just a few days earlier, shakes his head and says they will not accept my shoebox AND I can purchase a box for seven dollars that Meets their requirement (This must be a new rule, because never ever have. I had my FedEx pick up, questioned, or refused by my driver-EVER) and when I said this to the supervisor, his response??? Well you've been getting away with it for years then. So I feel very inclined to leave this review because first off, the way that I was handled? Completely wrong, your lack of consistency with your carrier rules and regulations? Completely wrong. But most of all, the people in this location act like I'm doing them a favor, using their company that and how the world works in capitalism. So I hope my words on this review are taken more seriously than the way you took my upset at your counter for the two times I come in there. You are too for two failing. **** additionally I've heard from other sources that this is a STORE for FedEx so they aim to sell you on items in the store & less on the drop ship process!!! So you're targeted there verses other locations to try and upcharge people. So they tried to get me to buy a $7.00 corrugated box to box my sneakers in and refused to take my Nike box item. First time in 24 years of shipping I've heard this rule.

I visited the Plymouth Mtg location on 5/28/23 to check my options for printing, where I met Dave who was both affable and knowledgeable. I placed my order and returned on 5/30/23 to meet Dylan who accommodated my changes and got me on my way with skill and aplomb. My order was for obituaries for my father. Both men were professional and courteous even offering condolences. I'm thankful to have encountered them during this difficult time. I will certainly be back if I need their services in the future. Avoid this place in the morning, the worker doesn’t even greet you and if ask for help, all you get is an attitude. Go to the one on Lancaster Ave, much better service.

LOVE THIS LOCATION!! In fact, its the ONLY location I'll go to anymore. Alex is amazing and so helpful. He literally spent an afternoon cutting and perfecting postcards that I submitted that were way over the bleed line. I mean, talk about customer service!!!!THANK YOU ALEX AND TEAM!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!

I am always running to this FedEx for last minute printing jobs. They always provide friendly, professional service. They print on my approval and try to get me the best price. They're not the cheapest but if you're in a rush, they do a great job.
