I am terrified of needles and the women here made me feel so comfortable. They were extremely accommodating and exactly what I would hope all staff in this field would be like. Couldn’t have had a better experience (other than feeling like I wanted to pass out). I wish I knew their names to include on here.

check-in kiosk was easy to use. walked in with no appointment on a monday afternoon and waited maybe 10 minutes before my name was called. process went smoothly and front desk and physician were both very nice!

Even without appointment, it took me 15 minutes total. Never was this fast even with appointment. Staff are very nice.
