Today was my first time at the Germantown Pike LabCorp. It couldn’t have went smoother in and out in 10 minutes, The staff was cordial and pleasant. I will be returning for any further lab work.

honestly, this place is pretty good for a LabCorp. Don't know what else people expect...?

Don’t follow the Google map directions. Search 832 Plymouth Valley professional center. The Google map directions sent us to Wendy’s… and the short hair lady who sit in the front desk is very nice to us. I brought my 9 months old daughter to there and the lady is patiently and very gentle to assist us even my daughter cried so bad.

I would not book here simply because the address is wrong and the phone number goes to VM. Very irritating.

The male phlebotomist is the worst! Took him 3 jabs to get a vein and managed to get blood everywhere! I hope he's gone by my next visit.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I went to Labcorp with my husband on a weekend, and our experience was horrible. After we checked in with the machine they had in the waiting room, one of the front desk ladies called my husband over to check him in. Unfortunately, I did not get this person's name, but she was disrespectful and a bigot towards my husband. I did notice how she treated people who did not speak English well or who were of a minority group. There was an Indian couple before us and she yelled at them to get out, even do they were just waiting in case they needed to check out. My husband tried from the beginning to be polite even do she was sarcastic and rude every single time my husband tried to reply to any of her questions. Everything got worse after my husband asked her if it was possible to pay his copayment today in the office, and she completely lost it, she started to raise her voice at him, and after that, my husband couldn't take the disrespect anymore, and ask to speak to someone else. She got up from her seat and started to yell at my husband saying he needed to leave or she would call the cops. My husband left the office, I went back in to make sure that they didn't charge my insurance since she said to my husband that she already sent the bill to my home. She threw the paper at me and said this is what I gave him, I asked the other person at the front desk if this was going to be billed, and she said they got rid of the claim. I seriously think that Labcorp should train their front desk staff better, I understand is a Saturday morning and no one wants to work on a weekend, but that is not how you should treat customers. This place might benefit from retraining staff since they lack compassion and kindness when dealing with customers who might be older or just human beings who deserve respect.

THE MANAGER OR OWNER OF THE OFFICE SHOULD CONSIDER REPLACE THE FRONT DESK LADY WITH A NEW PERSON ASAP. Everyone is very nice except for THE FRONT DESK LADY. She was extremely rude. She is a horrible person (not a young lady. She was very nice. I should have had the name of the lady who treated me so bad)This morning I visited the Lapcorp. I didn't wait for a long time. It was pretty fast, and the process was smooth through the self-checking area. I was happy until the lady called my name. After she called my name, kind of yelling, I got into the front room and said “good morning”, and the first thing she said “sit down”. I got a bit upset that time, but I understood the situation that she had to come to work at 7:00am on the weekend. Then, she asked me “did you fast?”. Actually, I didn't get it at first. So, I didn't respond it. She raised her voice and asked “ did you eat?” again, and I said “sorry. No.”She also asked me about my insurance and said she sent the bill to my house. I asked her if I could pay now. She ignored my question and talked to herself.I was not able to stand her behavior anymore. So, I asked her like this. “Do you usually treat customers like this? I was in the customer service before. You should not behave like this”.She responded “I have been in the customer service 23 years”, and then I said that “you should have learned more.”She got very upset after that and gave my document back with saying “You should not point to a lady. I will call the cop if you stay here” I actually pointed to the bill and her because she kept ignoring me.At the end, even though other staff tried to help me finish my lap test, she even locked the door when I tried to go in again to see if everything was canceled. My wife had to get in to wrap up the mess.My main point is that the manager or office owner should consider replacing the lady with a new person ASAP because everyone else was so friendly, and she is ruining the image of your office you guys have built for a long time. I don't want anyone else get treated as I got from her today. Thank you for reading my comment.

I came at 0650 on a Saturday morning when they open at 7. I was 7th in line outside. Doors opened at 7, a very pleasant woman greeted everyone happily and expedited our check in process at the kiosk. Front desk and lab personnel equally friendly and nice. Had my blood drawn and out the door by 0715.

I had to come here to get my blood drawn. The check-in and wait time wasn't too bad. But, the woman who drew my blood was rude and argumentative. Try to avoid this location if you can.

Went here for a pediatric draw for a 1yo, and our phlebotomist Mozelle was excellent. She was very friendly and got the draw in a very clean first attempt. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. I would definitely return here - the place was clean, easy to get to, and had plenty of parking. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but we had the best possible experience.

We have been to this location several times but after this last visit we will not be returning. The phlebotomist who checked my mother in was very rude and abrupt. She stuck my mother with the needle very hard that when we got home my mother had a silver dollar sized bruise and a raised vein at the injection site. NO ONE should be treated this way especially the elderly. We all have our bad days but should never be taken out on the patient.

Went to this location to get routine bloodwork. While I was impressed by how quickly they took me back, that was completely negated when I saw down to have my blood drawn. I asked the phlebotomist if she could use a butterfly or pediatric needle since my veins are tiny...and her response (and a cold one at that), "We don't have any. I'm good at my job." Okay then. I leave, and take off my bandage when I get in from work that night and had a huge bruise and lump where she inserted the needle. I won't be returning to this location. Also, she may want to redefine what "good at her job" means. One and done.

I had an appoitment at 7:45, and I thought that they give priority for people with appointments, specially the ones that require fasting, but people with walk i s kept coming at they got the priority. I scheduled my appoitment with more that 3 weeks in advance….when they finally called me those 2 en were so rude, they were laughing at other patients that just left. i was fasting for my test and by accidents I tripped with a chair and one them started laughing then asked if I was on and I said no, I’m fasting so I’m dizzy. After drawing blood she didn’t even care to cover my arm properly.

If you have kids that need bloodwork DO NOT GO HERE! My twin 11 month olds needed routine lab work done and I chose this location because it showed they did pediatrics. The 2 women that drew the blood were completely incompetent when it came to babies! They stabbed my 1 daughter twice, who was already in hysterics because they put the tourniquet right on her skin instead of over her sleeve and it was pinching her. While sticking her the 1st time, they couldn't find a vein and was TWISTING THE NEEDLE IN HER ARM TO FIND A VEIN AS SHE'S SOBBING. It was a traumatizing experience and I will never EVER go back there for any lab work whatsoever.
