Shyanne is a life saver. I was having trouble with a bill and she helped me sort it out. Very well-mannered, sweet and kind young lady, I was surprised by the service here due to bad experiences I had at other locations. I'm proud to call myself a customer here.

Multiple times I tried to enter the office to ask for assistance and the door was locked and no one answered to knocking. These incidents occured during regular office business hours and not during what would be considered reasonable lunch hours (lunch wouldn't be a valid excuse anyway for having the doors locked, just addressing any possible justification for the office to be locked during business hours). On these occasions, I called and left voicemails and never received a call back.In the first year of rental, the cost of my unit went up 126%. Over the entire span of my rental, the cost increased 306%.I chose the autopay option. The site set it up so that my payment was late every month resulting in changes in my account status and occasional calls from the office (when someone was working) asking for late payment. There was no way for me to adjust the date of the auto payment.

The customer service at this store location is great. The stores representative Nyya was very helpful. She was fast and efficient with helping me upgrade my storage unit to a bigger space, and helped me clearly understand the process of moving units! No complaints here!

Shoutout to the manager of this location, Ian! He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my experience renting a storage unit. He showed a level of care that you don’t get with other companies like CubeSmart. Ian made me feel very confident with my choice of Public Storage.

This is a shout out for IAN at the Plymouth Meeting facility. This gentleman did everything in his power, (including listening patiently to my woes), to assist me, He was kindness itself at a time when it was sorely needed. Trust me, this guy will do what it takes to get the job done! Thank you IAN! You are really the best!!! Kudos!!!
