A few months ago, I came here to pick up 3 Crates. At that time, there was no forklift driver in the warehouse, so the shipper asked me to drive a forklift to help load the Crates. The 3 Crates were very heavy! And I had to use a pallet jack to push them into the trailer, because the Crates were very heavy. And I was the only one who pushed them in. I sweated a lot and left my black coat at the door of the warehouse. I forgot to take it away when I left, and I found this situation on the way. I immediately called the company to inform them of the matter and asked them to keep it properly. I will come back to get it when I have a chance. The coat is not important, what is important is that there is a Plantronics - Voyager 5200 Bluetooth in the pocket of the coat, but when I went here to pick it up this morning, they said that they did not have this black coat. I am very disappointed. I think they have the obligation and responsibility to keep my personal belongings properly!

Friendly staff, clean units, reasonable rates, secure facility. Units are clean, dry and secured by your own lock and personal pin # to access the storage area.Easy to work with in hard times.Would definitely recommend these storage facilities. Hometown business for hometown folks.Added bonus, the owner is a photographer, her displays In the store show her skills and talents as a photographer. Reasonable prices and great shots. If I'm right now don't quote me, I believe she will come to you.2 for 1 big bang for you buck!

Whomever works at the desk, I apologize for not catching the name of the lady, had been able to calm me down and redirect me to their facilities. I'm very appreciative for her and her patience with me throughout this process.

Storage is good but the pot holes going to AAA storage is a challenge sooo don't rush through that road.
