Food is terrible. Waffles taste pre-packaged. Customer service is terrible, kitchen is unsanitary. Gloves are not used, and the chefs don’t wash their hands. DO NOT GO!

Waited for 20 + minutes for food that ended up being taken by someone else. Asked a lady working there: she walked away and came back without any response.

Should be eliminated from existence. Stale nacho chips were served and instead of the salsa they gave us pizza sauce. Prices that will leave you screaming "why!!??!?" The selection of unhealthy foods with super slow service. We are an undemanding country.

Bought the nachos today. It was the most disgusting thing I ever had. No flavor, no seasoning. The chicken was very bland, no onions, or peppers on the nachos. The cheese was bland, runny, and bitter

Sorely disappointed in the meal prep of this establishment. I've been going to Kalahari for 10 plus years and the meals have gone down hill. Tonight my daughter was provided a meal not fit for consumption. The chicken tenders were the size of a nugget and hidden under the fries ( I believe intentionally), they were hard and burnt. Images included. I went down to return and no apology was provided by the counterperson, in fact, he appeared to be amused by the state of the food. I seen him walk in and show it to another staff member and they both laughed. Disgusted. I was appalled when he noted the size and asked if I wanted more, ignored the fact they were burnt and dried out. I spoke with a manager who showed more empathy but by then I wanted my money back. I know this is NOT how the owners would want their establishment run..Anyway, going forward I will not patronize this restaurant. I'll bring my own meals when visiting or drive to the local restaurants who are within a 10 min drive to include the top Fast food restaurants and sandwiche stores.

This is my 5th yr coming to kalahari as my kids love it. But my experience at the mirage Cafe I doubt there will be a 6th. The guy behind the counter is rude.

The informational TV episode said pepperoni pizza was cover the pizza no more no less according to Todd himself but to my surprise only 12 thin slices of pepperoni never again and way under cooked

Shriveled up unsauced wings, go to B-lux for good wings, and they gave me a bunch of fries, but for $15, I was disappointed with the wings.

I waited for 30 minutes and when my order came out, it was wrong. So then it was put in again. A simple 4 slices of pizza. I stood there and watched customers after me getting their pizza. Michael was the only helpful employee there. It was pure chaos. He went back to the kitchen a couple times to see what was going on.
The whole process took almost an hour. At that point I should have received my money back.
Update: The ordering process is much smoother. Their pizza used to be good, expensive, but good. Not anymore. It's terrible, just as bad as the other resorts now. Just order Domino's because that's what it tastes like.
