“The Lucky Brand storehas one of the chillest vibes of any store I’ve been to. As soon as you walk in it feels laid-back and comfortable. The music is mellow the layout is open and it’s just an easy place to shop.
What I really appreciate is how the employees handle things. They’re friendly and welcoming but also give you space to browse without hovering. They’re there if you need something but they don’t make you feel like you’re being watched or rushed. It makes the whole experience feel more relaxed.
The selection is great too. They’ve got all the classic Lucky denim plus some nice tops jackets and accessories. The prices are solid especially with the outlet discounts and the quality is what you’d expect from the brand.
The store was clean well-organized and easy to navigate. I never felt overwhelmed or crowded which is a big plus when you’re just trying to take your time and find something you like.
Overall this is one of my favorite stores to stop into when I’m at the outlets. Great products good deals and the kind of calm shopping experience that’s hard to find these days.”
“Nice store and friendly staff! A very nice place to go shopping around the area. Lots of stores and some places to eat. The shopping has a lot of variety (toy stores, jewelry, kitchen, clothes, etc). Open later as well so nice variety in hours and availability.”
“I saw on the window advertisement that the jeans were buy one get one free, and I was shopping for jeans that very same day! After going stored a store and not finding anything suitable, I saw the Levi’s store and immediately went in there because of the ad advertisement for the buy one get one free!
After trying on some clothes and having them fit me very well I wanted a pair in a darker color, that’s when Helen came up and asked if I needed help, and I asked her that I wanted in a darker color, and she was very knowledgeable and where they were at, and whether Levi’s jeans had a darker color at the store.
I was very impressed by the deal and by the help of Helen. So happy with my purchase.”
“Five out of five stars is not enough for this incredible shop and its wonderful owner. Mattie was incredibly welcoming. Even though I had no idea what I was looking for in a dress, or even the names of styles and accessories, she kindly shared her expertise. Above all, she wanted to experience to be fun. And it was! Earlier this week I was looking for a specific item that was not available in the store and Tatiana suggested checking online. She checked online for me. Unfortunately it was sold out online too but my experience with Tatiana was very positive and appreciated.”

“It's like every other gap outlet, and I don't mean that as a bad thing. They do have some good deals. If you really spend the time you can find good stuff on clearance too but it doesn't usually stay organized. Friendly employees.”
“The store itself is ok. A bit low in product but they were having a sale and it was in between seasons so this could be why. But i had to leave a review because we had the best employee whos was extremely helpful but not pushy. Tim from store # 274 was knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond. He was patient with multiple customers including some that defiently had an attitude. My daughter and I went in there to look only and ended up spending a decent amount. This was because of Tim. Thank you again! We would recommend this Zumiez 100%, if they dont have what you are looking for, make sure you ask for help. And for management... TIM DESERVES A RAISE . :)”

“Lots of contemporary Tshirts and memorabilia for high school and college kids. Lots of Anime, Manga, and bands I’d never heard of.
I was looking for 70s or 80s band Tshirts but they didn’t have many at all.”
“The Under Armour store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is one of the best stores in the whole outlet. It’s big clean and really easy to shop in. Everything is laid out by section and size so you’re not digging through random racks trying to find what you need.
They had a huge selection of activewear for men women and kids. Tons of options for workout clothes hoodies joggers shoes and accessories. The prices were great too with a lot of items on sale and even more savings on clearance racks. I was able to grab a few things I actually needed without spending a ton.
One thing I really appreciated was how well-stocked the store was. No empty shelves or missing sizes. It felt like they were ready for crowds and kept things organized even when it started to get busy.
The staff was friendly and available if you had a question but also gave you space to shop. Checkout was fast and easy and everything just ran smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re looking for high quality gear at outlet prices this Under Armour store is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be coming back for sure.”

“I love old navy, I will die on this hill. The $8-10 t shirts and tank tops are the only thing I wear anymore to work. Since I'm in a lab, my shirts don't last, however I will say I get especially upset when I've worn a shirt twice and due to no fault of my own (because it didn't come in contact with chemicals) there are multiple holes in the shirt. I am getting so beyond tired of only being able to wear a shirt two or three times before I can no longer wear it in public because there are so many holes in it. The quality both in the regular store and the outlet stores has gone down hill and I think for the price they are charging, it is not worth it for me to only wear it twice. This problem keeps happening, more people keep talking about it and old navy does nothing. My only suggestion is really think about the shirts you are buying, and if you will be ok with having to throw them out or only wear them around the house after two wears.”

“I had a great experience shopping at the Abercrombie and Fitch store at the Pocono Premium Outlets. The store was really clean and well organized which made it easy to look around without feeling overwhelmed. Everything was laid out nicely and the shelves were fully stocked which is not always the case at outlet stores.
The staff here were super friendly and helpful. I asked a few questions about sizing and they were quick to help without being pushy. It felt like they actually cared and wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for.
They had a solid selection of clothes and a lot of the classic Abercrombie styles. I found a few really nice pieces including jeans and hoodies that were marked down way more than I expected. The prices were better than what I usually find online so that was a big plus.
I also liked that the fitting rooms were clean and didn’t feel cramped. It made trying stuff on quick and easy. There was no pressure to rush and I appreciated that.
Overall this location is one of the better outlet stores I’ve been to. Good customer service clean space great deals and a relaxed shopping experience. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.”
“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling awesome guy, Dream. He could not have been more helpful as he went out of his way to find me a bathing suit in the winter time!!! He 1000% not only showed exceptional customer service, but he demonstrated natural leadership/management qualities. I never leave “reviews” but I felt I had to as he deserves to be recognized.

“We were welcomed into the store, and our cashier was out of this world. So personable. They were having a nice sale, 50-60% off a nice amount of items. My son was with me and needed a few things, we brought 3 pairs of cargo shorts, a heavy sweatshirt, a pair of sweatpants and a cute summer dress for myself. Everything came to $115. You can't go wrong, great deals and great customer service.”
“The Aerie store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is a really solid spot to shop if you’re looking for comfortable everyday clothes and loungewear. The store itself is clean and well set up with plenty of space to walk around without bumping into racks or other shoppers. Everything felt organized which made it easy to find what I was looking for.
The selection was pretty good. Lots of leggings bras cozy tops and seasonal items. Prices were decent and there were some good sales happening which made a few pieces feel like a great deal. I wouldn’t say everything was deeply discounted but it was still worth it overall.
The staff was friendly and helpful but not overly involved which I liked. I asked for help finding a size and the person working was quick to check in the back and brought it right out without making it a big thing.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because a couple sizes were limited in the styles I liked. It wasn’t a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to have a little more variety especially in the basics. Still though I walked out with a couple things I really like.
Overall it’s a nice spot with a calm vibe good service and some solid finds. I’d definitely shop here again when I’m back at the outlets.”
