We visited this bowling alley earlier today as a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and had a really frustrating experience. The front desk informed us that only 5 people could play on one lane, which is fine. So, we asked to purchase two lanes—one for the kids and one for the adults. Instead of accommodating this simple request, they insisted that we split into two groups and play 3 on each lane, despite our lane being able to accommodate up to 5 people.
When we asked why 4 of us couldn’t just play together on one lane as the rules allow, they refused and wouldn’t sell us two lanes unless we split into groups of 3. Even when we offered to play on one lane first and then purchase a second lane for the kids, the answer was still no.
The customer service was nonexistent, and honestly, the math didn’t add up either. Very disappointing experience??

I recently visited Summit Lanes, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. From the moment we arrived, things started off on the wrong foot.
Firstly, the staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping us. When we had issues with our lane, it took a long time for anyone to respond, and when they did, the attitude was less than professional.
The facility itself is outdated. The lanes were in poor condition, causing the balls to constantly veer off. On top of that, the shoes we were given were worn out and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was also an issue — the whole place felt dirty and neglected.
To top it all off, the pricing was unreasonable for the quality of service and the overall experience. What should have been a fun evening of bowling turned into a frustrating ordeal. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
If you’re looking for a quality bowling experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Summit Lanes really needs to step up their game.

Employees are rude and no help. Our lane broke down 7 times and we had to move lane three different times. We also wanted to add another round and they tried to overcharge us until we explained simple math to them. The employees smell like Burt Pennies as well especially the blond.

This place is an absolute joke! Came here with high hopes for a fun night out, but ended up being a complete waste of time and money. The bowling balls are clearly broken and malfunctioning, causing constant gutter balls and ruining the entire experience. To top it off, the staff couldn't care less about their broken equipment or their frustrated customers. No refunds, no free games, just a bunch of empty promises. Avoid this place like the plague! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that actually values its customers. Worst bowling alley ever!

If your looking for poor customer thats the experience i recieve and skimpy with the cheese if your getting cheese fries , or nacho manger was rude who was a woman (eat b4 you come)
bowling was ok we use lane #4 and #5 lanes had a malfunctions and delays pins kept getting stuck and keep having to be reset will try another bowling alley next time ?

The worst customer service!!
I went to the bowling alley with my almost 2 year old for an exciting first time bowling experience. Lanes 1 and 2 were out of order. They but me in 3 which stopped working after 4 frames then they finally had us move lanes. Which I did with no issues then one roll that lane stopped working. I then went to the desk to ask for my money back which I was told NO I asked for the manager and he didn’t even politely apologize.

Awful experience. We used lanes #11 and #12. I don't recommend. Multiple mal functions of the machines . The balls and pins kept getting stuck, The lights and lanes kept shutting down . The score boards were not
accurate and lanes shut before the last games were set played. We were not offered another lane. The shoes were not sprayed with disinfectant
before or after each customer., I was not compensated for our loss. I spent over $80.00 dollars. The outside needs updating , it was dirty and in need of repair. Will NEVER bring my family again.
