Recently moved into the area needed access to my mailbox… My husband went one day and just asked what they needed “A copy of the lease” he went the next day.. Although they closed from 12-1:30 for lunch we went at 2 the MANAGER was still on lunch and aparently is the only one with access. The next day he went back at 3 she left for the day. Today I went in at 2:45 and she wouldnt accept my lease because it wasnt notarized… I have never had a lease notarized but okay.. I showed them the temporary liscense from the DMV with a new address and my current liscense she wouldnt even look at it. 5 visits and i still dont have access to my own mail box… I have lived at the address for almost a month now

Terrible service, get 2 notifications that my package is at Post Office, one is a notice of arrival and the next was a Ready for pickup notice.
I get there, they can’t find my package, “maybe last name is different “
What does that matter when I gave you my PO Box?
“We can call you later when. We find it”
Obviously it was found twice if it was scanned twice.
Incompetence at disappointingly high levels.
Wish I could rate a zero or just get mail to my house direct.

Not every time when I enter this post office am I treated like a human; with respect and empathy. When I visit this post office and I see Mr. Michael Green behind the front counter, I know I am about to be treated tremendously. He knows almost every person by name, including myself and box number. He almost ALWAYS has my package at the counter before he even has the chance to take my slip. This is the type of person you want in Charge of a Post Office. Not the current one who treats every single person with an attitude and we leave feeling degraded. In all honestly, Michael is the ONLY reason I have not switched Post Offices. He deserves everything great to come to him.

Package says it was delivered at noon im.am home No one delivered anything. But it says it was left on my porch this is the 3rd time this is happening ridiculous.

Terrible services lady in charge very rude person she don’t know how to deal and talk with customer, she should not be that position I mean customer pay them salary, if any package come little miss address looks like they send back to sender same day, because no mail box number added by sender and lots of companies don’t mail to you because mail box Address.

Absolutely trash. I was supposed to get my package two days ago but haven't received it at all. I waited all day today; however, I still haven't received it yet. Wasting my time with trash service.

This is the worse post office ever !!I have been a home owner in this community for 13 yrs !!! I am a local business owner . My packages are very important and valuable as it is my bread and butter. This place loses packages left and right . Without any explanation. Today was the last straw . I just recently sold my home and transitioning into getting my mail a different place. The staff is well aware of who my husband and I are as I said I have been here for 13 yrs. Yesterday they saw my name attached to another address which came into their system as “vacant” so they sent my package back. In one day no phone call no let’s just put it aside for a couple days NOTHING. Ok because I know this is a business I understand there are rules ! But you can’t tell a customer that you don’t know where the package was sent. No explanation other than there are too many packages to locate what’s sent back. The post master never offered to check . She confronted me with the wrong address then when I questioned it she stated to forget what she just said. She did that because she knew that it wasn’t in normal practice to send something back right away ( one day ) knowing I am there almost every day to pick up packages for my local business. They should be shut down !! Customer service sucks they are in a community servicing people that they do not care anything about . Rude …long lines .. and they have you waiting for 10-20 minutes while they are in the back chatting. Something needs to be done !!! And fast !!
