“Great Food and a very pleasant atmosphere! The fresh green peppers and onions on my MAMMOTH sandwich was a very welcome thing. But the regular mashed potatoes and fresh green beans that came with my wife's Creamed Chicken and Biscuits was the best surprise yet! Thank You Ice Plant for definitely doing it right. “Small little liquor store in the boot end of downtown Morgantown. It's small and this so is their selection. However it is close and convenient so despite the small selection it's forgivable especially in a pinch.”
