Horrible. After the store in eldred closed, my sisters service was sent to this store. Not only did they not have all her perscriptions on file (after 3 months of being there!), they hadnt ordered it. Unbelievable. We had to go to other places to ensure she had enough meds for the weekend. Wake up please. My sister suffers from grand mal seizures!!,

Been going to rite aid for years. I feel bad for the pharmacy part right now. Taking on other pharmacy’s that closed and not enough workers for all the clients. They’re backed up with orders. Have to wait a good hour in-line and to get your medications. They need more help to get caught up.

Been trying for over 2 weeks to contact someone to get my kids and I perscriptions figured out and got no answer everytime. Finally said ill try the front desk maybe figure something out but all I recieved was a lady who barely let me get two words out before cutting me off telling me sorry I cant help, the pharmacy is understaffed, all lines are busy etc. Very rude customer service. Definetly switching and I just started with them! I undersrand they have so much coming from other pharmacies shutting down but its the lack of understanding and communication from the ONLY person I was able to speak with, in a two week period, that determined my 2 star and choice to switch. No one should be treated so rudely by just trying to ask a simple question. Maybe having a voicemail system for people to leave a message so they can get to it when they can would help.

People need to realize this place just got their business doubled due to the other pharmacy closing it's doors. Personally I haven't had a bit of trouble getting things filled in a timely fashion. Friendly qualified staff.

Ever since they bought out port pharmacy it all went downhill too many people waiting for their medications.. I wish port pharmacy was still in business the best pharmacy around

Used to be useful but new lunch hours and periodic closing of pharmacy is ridiculous. I struggle every month to get scripts filled.

Rite Aid in Port Allegany is always clean and staff very friendly. Unfortunately they have reduced their pharmacy hours and if you need a prescription after 1pm on Friday, you will need to seek your medications elsewhere or wait until Monday.
