There was a time I liked Zito but something has changed in the last year or so. The website worked well last year and I could easily access my account and pay my bill. Then they changed the website and I could no longer log in. I attempted to call them and instead of the clear connection and friendly voice I once receive when calling I got someone speaking broken english, a poor connection, and put on hold. After paying a premium price by check in the mail for roughly a year, I received a clear phone call from a gentleman I could understand offering faster speed at a discounted rate for a few months anyway. I thought wow maybe they're showing interest in providing service to their customers again... the came out a few days later to swap out our internet box. It worked great for a day or 2 then it started cutting out and needed to be restarted multiple times a day. After sitting on hold for an hour I reached some broken English, bad connection, third world country I had spoken with before, I was frustrated by that point and told them just cancel my service after then being put on hold 2 more times my service was finally canceled. Getting tri county's new internet, hopefully this will be a better experience...

Worst wifi I have ever had I'll be lucky if I even get a mega byte of speed and I purchased the 1gb speed I have had them come to my house several to fix it and they still haven't fixed it

I have no choice but to leave a 1 star rating if I could give a half of star that would be more sufficient...My wife and I has had this service for two weeks internet and cable...and we have yet to beable to watch a full movie or show without the internet going out...we've had an emergency workorder in now for 4days and nobody has even given us a call or show up to our home to fix the issues... now for the past 5days we haven't even been able to watch anything at all...But the third day after installation I recieve a 338.00 cable bill via email from zito...Thank you zito for all the promising lies....

There website says 24/7 support but I try to call and I am on hold for over and hour and still no one answers the phone! I pay for the highest internet and don’t get close to what I am paying for!! It’s a joke and we need a new service in the area!

Honestly zito is such a joke we had the 200 mbps internet about a year ago and we never got anywhere near that so we downgraded to 100mbps now the new issue is turtlepoint area is highly congested all the time and they say there gonna fix it and they dont. The speeds at night are always horrible and the technicians always cancel the work order a couple hours before they come and say it's an area issue and we never get good internet because we are stuck with what we have a garbage company

Like having a cell phone when you run out of data you get 1mb to download but want you to pay more to get your 100mb it's a joke better off with Verizon at least they don't got a cap
