Just had my 2018 BMW 1600 K bagger in for the 20K maintenance. Hermy's service department did superb work on my my bike and they were able to get BMW Motorrad to cover the repair of a failing starter and reverse gear for a fraction of cost to me! I am very thankful for their service.
