Very nice staff and doctors. Unfortunately we have shown up for our last two appointments only to find out they were canceled. One even after they called they day before to confirm. Not one call, text,or email to inform us of the cancelation. Getting tired wasting time. Pretty bad we need to call before leaving for the appointment to very we still have one. Get it GRAYSWOOD.

I've been to Gray's Woods several times. Today I completed surgeries I needed on both eyes and I am so pleased and thankful with my results on each one. On both dates of my eye surgeries I encountered very professional and very friendly staff.

I just moved to the area and this place was recommended to me and I'm so glad I went here! It's a one-stop-shop for all your medical needs. They have tons of parking in a free parking garage and the facility is very easy to get to, right off the highway. It's pretty big and it seemed like they had every type of doctor possible. In family practice, I saw Dr. DeMatteo. He was amazing and everything a dr should be. He didn't rush me and addressed all my concerns and questions and was very patient and explained everything in detail. I needed bloodwork and they do that on site! I went upstairs and they saw me within 3 min of me being there. They also have a pharmacy on site. There's an app where you can view your upcoming appointments and test results. My bloodwork results were up within a few hrs on the app. I highly recommend this place and Dr. DeMatteo!!

Helpful, courteous, kind and efficient. Appointments are easy and the medical proffesionals are just that -- professional. High quality health care and short wait times. The pharmacy is on site in the clinic, and although I have not used it, have never heard a complaint and assume it is operated as well as the Clinic.

This a wonderful doctor`s and nursing staff. I have been there since 2007 You never have a long wait before to be seen. I am so very greatful from Geisinger Medical and the excellent care I have received.

Great facility. Always quick checking in and you don't usually have a very long wait. They also have a great coffee shop.

Everyone is always greeting u with a smile! It's so nice to go to a doctors office and everyone isnt in a bad mood because that can really make u not want to be there. But every time I've been to Geisinger Gray's Woods I've had a great experience, their fast, efficient and they actually listen to ur concerns so u can receive the most effective treatment possible.
