Mechanics are incompetent. During a inspection, left one of the lug nuts off, it was completely gone. I had to go buy a new one to replace it, because I'm sure they would have told me that it was never there. Avoid this place. The remaining lug nuts were not torqued to specs and were on the loose side. Good thing I checked them.

These guys are awesome I am so glad I stopped taking my vehicles to the dealership and started coming here! Prices are awesome the staff is always so nice. I’ve been sitting in there waiting room for my vehicle multiple times and there’s always customers stopping in asking for prices and help with little things and no matter how busy they are they always go above and beyond to help and do it with a smile. I could go on and on about how great they are through out all of my experiences. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! Thank you!

I have used LMR in Port Matilda now several times now and have been pleased. Scheduling is relatively quick, the work has been completed timely and typically quicker and cheaper than originally quoted. The quality of work has been satisfactory and has held up. Convenient location with key drop off at the market if after hours. I recommend LMR!

Have used LMR in Port Matilda now several times. Work is done timely, the communicate well, follow up and don't seem to price gouge! I will continue using LMR for these reasons!

I moved to the area 6 months ago. It's very hard to find a shop that's easy to deal, reasonably priced, and ethical. LMR hits it out of the park on all these factors. I've had major and minor things done along with buying tires from them. They do an excellent job with all three. I've been back 4 times for different things that I needed fixed and will continue to go back.

My favorite place to take my truck. Staff is always nice and the after hours drop off is convenient as well. Good prices and always able to fit you in. Any work or maintenance I get done on the RAM, I go here. Dropping off my truck next week to have Bilstein lifting struts installed and new wheels and tires put on and aligned.
