There is another lady that will help you she has glasses and she is great as well but everyone else seems like a bunch of kids that got better things to do. “My doctor just switched my prescription and the insurance company didn’t want to approve it. They got on the phone with the insurance company on a Sunday afternoon to get it approved. Called me afterwards to tell me what was going on and assured me that they would take care of it first thing tomorrow morning and they did”
“Giant eagle in Ebensburg has taking on tons of customers from several rite aide and do the best they can to handle the influx and are polite and do the best they can do with the staff they had before hand also they are in process of enlarging the pharmacy and hiring more staff to handle the overwhelming customers they inherited so cut them some slack till they get their pharmacy up to par.”

“Usually go to this Rite Aid for the store. Have nice selection of cards, otc items and I can usually find any gift card I want. Very clean people very nice. Went today to get prescriptions for 1st time in a decade or more. Had bad experiences before. This time I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly things went. They even left me wait to pick up my 3 rx. They have a reputation of saying 1 or 2 days. Everyone was courteous and friendly and very professional. Left off a star because I'll go back in 3 months for refills and hope everything goes as well. I will change to 5 stars if all goes as today.”

“Very nice pharmacy staff. I went there for a flu shot after work and did not have to wait long. The HIGI blood pressure station is a free and convenient feature by the pharmacy. The store is updated with recent renovations and overall looked clean.”
