8/7/2025, 8:45AM - Paid for a drink using SheetzGo on the app. As I was walking out the door the female employee at the front counter loudly accused me of stealing. I said I paid for it. She said no you didn't, I saw you walk in, fill your cup and try to walk out. I explained I had paid on the app. She said oh, ok. No apology. You might want to train your employees on how to handle mobile paying customers. I'll probably avoid using this location from now on as I appreciate the speed and efficiency of mobile pay and don't want to be publicly embarrassed every time I grab a quick drink on the go.

The chicken bacon ranch pizza did not taste like chicken. bacon or ranch. Tasted like garlic. Mozz sticks were good.

Prices are on par for an average gas station. Food is good but portions are smaller than they used to be.

I used to travel a lot in my previous job and always looked for the Sheetz stores on the road. They are consistently way above all the other gas/convenience stores. As in the other Sheetz, this store is always clean, the people friendly and the food & service is always good. My kudos to the people who train and staff the stores, your employees are great.

We stopped in for some dinner to take home. The place was very busy and unfortunately it showed in the quality of the food we received. We had gotten some subs, hotdogs and a personal pizza. When we got home we felt the subs and hotdogs were skimpy on the condiments and lettuce but the worst thing was that during the bagging of the order they crushed my daughter's pizza so that when she opened it all of the cheese stuck to the lid and was a mess.

I go to my local Sheetz after work to grab supper for myself and my family. First they forgot to ring up the one order slip so I literally stood with my other 2 orders for 10 minutes before I asked why I didn't get all of my orders and was told because they only rang up 2 of the 3 orders. Finally got home with the food only to have 7 cold uncooked hot dogs and 2 orders of cold under cooked french fries. When I tried to call the store no one answered the phone. Seriously I spent $25.00 dollars worth of food to not be able to eat any of it except the jalapeno poppers. Sadly the level of incompetence has gone up while the food quality and service has gone down. This is the third time within a month that my order was wrong or unedible.

Just picked up my on-line order and they forgot a 3 piece chicken strip. I called them to ask if they forgot it and never got an answer.
