I tried to use the veterans discount. Instead of simply accepting a VA photo ID that is good enough to board an aircraft in the USA, I was required to use the Adidas app through ID.me. Apparently, the VA ID isn’t good enough for a $1 discount on a package of socks. Trying to jump through these digital hoops in the store is nearly impossible because of the slow internet within the store.
More trouble than it was worth, I put the merchandise back and decided to shop elsewhere.

Not all the visits are good. Service can be slow on some. But overall - This is the store I like.

Salesperson was rude disrespectful. I was trying to use my veterans discount but he wouldn't except it and could careless about veterans or about me obtaining it And he failed to explain to me why he wouldn't except it. Will never shop there again.

The staff here is just awesome. I am super picky when it comes to my running gear and usually purchase online. I do a lot of returns here, because of this and even though I know I am a total burden, they always treat me well and are super friendly. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Walked in expecting to spend over a $100 for a pair of shoes.. Walked out with 2 pairs for $85. Everyone on their staff seemed very friendly and happy to be there but Kacey saved me an additional $20 by pointing out a promo. MVP goes to Kacey.
