I went to the branch to close my account until I met Shakira. was very pleasant and helpful. Shakira's investigation into my inquiry was diligently prosecuted. I was also pleased with the information I was given in reference to other things that can be done with my account. I feel more comfortable with banking with American heritage with my visit yesterday. I have decided to remain with you for now.
