I took my 8 year old in for a glasses exam. We had contact with 4 different employees, including the eye doctor and had a great experience with all of them. We were in and out pretty quickly. The dr was great with my 8 year old and we bought some glasses in just a few minutes. The gentleman who handled my insurance and order was super easy going, no pressure which I’m thankful for because I tend to put off important appointments due to feeling pressured. I will be back for myself and my other children.

First time customer and very satisfied. Exam was simple and straightforward. Pleasant staff. Great selection of Eyeglasses. Very reasonable prices too. My order was ready in less time than expected. I'll be going here from now on for eye exams and new glasses.

About 9 months ago I bought a new phone and was not able to fully use it due to 2 step authentication. It wouldn’t have been an excessive ordeal if I could remember my old phone number with the manufacturer. I knew Americas Best had that number on file so I went into the Pottstown location. After showing ID, the staff fixed up my situation in no time! Whether it has been the branch manager or the non management staff, they have always showed me exceptional service!

Associates act like it is such an imposition to have to wait on you. 3 of them sitting there scrolling on their phones while 1 guy waited on customers. 1 Associate yelled across the store at me that " I see you looking at me, someone will be with you in a minute. " How rude are you?? Try doing your job.

Misleading advertising when it comes to eye exams. It's a provider on a telemedicine trying to rush you thru the exam and options for treatment.No follow-up for whatever you ordered. Someone else had the same complaint.I would try another location until they improve or another brand. It used to be a decent location in the past.

Puff of air into your eyes isn't mandatory and patient can opt out of test. So the manager at pottstown your a joke I will never go to any America's Best again

Before I came home from college this year, everything that I’ve got done there was in a timely manner. Now since I been home from college, and it seems like new staff has taken over there has been more time putting into being a hangout than working. I have not been getting called for when things are ready, my family and I have had to reschedule appointments because people were not in and we were not notified till late. It just not what it used to be.

If I could give them a zero I would. They called me TWICE and left me a message canceling my appointment and rescheduling me both times without my consent. I have a very full schedule and can't mess around with rescheduling especially when they put me on THEIR schedule assuming I can make it. Sorry I will not be going back to America's Worst Contacts and Eyeglasses.

I went to the Pottstown location and they didn't have a doctor to see-me . So i called reading they were able to see-me the doctor recommended a new contact strength I explained i needed the strength i was in originally as i couldn’t see . I had to wait for another appointment where he confirmed i could be in my original contacts. I was having no problem but i had to be seen yearly ??? A new thing because i have been with you for over 40 yrs . Really really disappointed in fact I’m thinking of going somewhere else. America Best is getting real really bad with communications they use to be on top of stuff but not anymore. Staffing seems to be a real problem all are overworked and problems with finding a Doctor

I’ve been going here for years for contacts and glasses. I purchased contacts online in November to use my insurance despite having boxes left. I opened the new box this week and the contacts didn’t feel right. Couldn’t see, head aches, nausea etc. i thought my prescription changed so I called for weeks to get in - no appointments. I went to visionworks instead. We did my exam - no changes. When I showed the eye Dr my contact package she said do you wear bifocals. I said no?!? They gave me the wrong lenses when I ordered. Everyone makes mistakes so I called today to see what could be done. The customer service rep was so nasty, she told me it was my fault I didn’t catch it sooner and there was nothing that could be done because they have a 30 day return policy - YOU MADE A MEDICAL ERROR and you’re going to talk about policy. The rudeness sent me over the edge so I asked her what would’ve happened if I went blind or damaged my eyes. She said mam there’s nothing we can do and when I said this is unbelievable she snarkyily responded have a good night bye bye. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau. I understand policies but you messed up, did no one think to double check the prescription. So I’m out 125 dollars, a box of contacts I cannot wear, another exam, and it’s my fault because I should’ve checked the label. Disgraceful
