Not the nicest looking place, very affordable, wasn't bothered by anything and housekeeping was up and about an hour before checkout asking if we needed anything.

Refused accommodations based on service animal (not emotional support, but service animal). A complaint as been filed with the ADA civil department. The man behind the counter was aggressive and his behavior was erratic. Beware. Bullet proof glass, sketchy all around. Don't do it!

Worst rooms ever. Don't do it!!! Everything was broken. No HBO or breakfast like advertised. Dirty rooms....shower wouldn't drain. Bathroom door was broken and won't close. Then on our second morning we found one of our bags chewed through by mice. All the sheets and matessses were stained and burned. The ONLY good thing was the woman working when I checked in was nice. It needs to be torn down

0 Stars for me, my rooms were infested with roaches, I have been trying for over a week to get a refund on my money , corporate tells me they are still waiting for a response from the location if I want to call them to try and find something out I can , so I call & the person tells me ma'am I don't handle complaints so I don't know you need to contact corporate I explain I already have is there an owner or manager i can speak to not at the moment they say I ask when will one be available they respond they don't know!! I got zero help soooo I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting

The room was very small and dirty, never got cleaned. Ask for smoke free room there was a big opening in door and people were smoking outside and smoke came into the room. Bathroom door we got stuck in could not close the door.
Safety: This place was not safe drugs being sold and smoked out side.

This place is a dump. A bunch of addicts and alcoholics stay here. Very noisy, people arguing & fighting all night. And police are constantly there. The front desk folks are polite and friendly, that's about the only good thing.

BED BUG WARNING!!! Checked into one of the corner rooms on the upper level next to some people who I assume live here and within maybe 10 mins of being in this disgusting room sure enough I see something brown quickly scurrying across the bed. Most definitely a big fat BED BUG who was either pregnant or filled up on the last guest. The crackhead dude they have working at the front desk wasnt trying to hear it and basically said go F yourself. Not even worried about a refund but considering how contagious they are and IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of everyone should AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Drug addicts, hookers, roaches, cig burns on beds, and general dirt&grime are one thing but this place is a serious health hazard that is apparently cool with housing bed bugs among other things.
Noteworthy details: -The crackhead w/glasses @ front desk provides some.... interesting entertainment!
-Every room comes with a self sustaining eco system of bugs, mice and fungus/mold!!
-NO REFUNDS because they are at least self aware enough to know everyone tricked into staying here will ask for one!!!

Dirty rooms ignorant hype guy at the front desk should literally not work in any type of service business. They like to scam people out of their money by not refunding them even if they don’t stay because they place is so gross and unsafe. The rooms have bedbugs in them and when you tell them about them they tell you you are lying and that it’s not their problem

This place is horrible I wouldn't recommend staying here the rooms have roaches. And the refrigerator in our room looked like it's never been defrosted. And there are drug addicts everywhere. The place is creepy. And also the door doesn't shut properly all the time.

We checked in July 7,2023 and we will not be staying there again we arrived and checked in-through a night service desk at 4 in the afternoon, get to our room that had roaches in the mini fridge, the shower was impossible to turn on it was literally pulling the plumbing against the wall, we were told 2 queen beds and received 2 fulls, the cables to the tv were spliced together and held with electrical tape, the microwave had been pierced from outside to inside making it unsafe to use . The door entering our room had to be forced open and closed, the pictures are not showing the condition of the other rooms it was not worth the almost 300$ it cost to stay there, would recommend finding another hotel in the area, they offer breakfast but unless you pretty much snatch the door open to the main floor you are not getting in. Will post pictures to back my claim. If I could give it half stars I would, utterly disgusted at the condition had I not booked well ahead of time and traveled from out of state I would have found a different hotel.Safety: Doors didn’t operate properly, unsafe microwave in room,Walkability: Not at all wheelchair accessible

At $99 nightly (taxes inclusive) for 27 nights within smoking King requested Room 216, the property would benefit from aesthetic external visual upgrades (deteriorating comes to mind). This venue posseses a prominantly posted "No Refunds" policy. Although the room was spacious, clean and appointed with a modern TV, microwave & mini-refrigerator/freezer, relatively new mattress & pedestal, new shower head & curtain, there was but a single clothes hanger, the vanity lamp globes, light bulbs & baseboards had apparently not been cleaned in recent history. The main door had no secondary security lock. Open-air daylight could be seen around the wall-mounted A/C unit. The bedspread & sheets exhibited numerous cigarette burn-throughs and the lamp shades & wall outlets were deteriorioratedly aged. Housekeeping admirably removed trash & replenished bath linen daily while replacing bed linen every 3 days. Considering the inherent conditions, housekeeping was demonstrably & commendably noteworthy.

The owner has always been good 2 us & treated us very respectfully. Staff also. And the rooms were well kept. Its ashame that its located in an extremly heavy drug area & bc of that fact, there is a lot of unwantables surrounding u @ all times. As long as u keep 2 ureself & ignore whatever gun fire u might hear, im pretty sure u will b just fine.

I would give zero stars if possible. KAY the manager is completely unprofessional, rude, and nasty. I couldn’t believe the customer service she provided. I ended up walking out and disputing my charges with my CC because no one should ever have to deal with someone as bitter as Kay, (friendly advise QUIT YOUR JOB) zerooooo stars all thanks to your LOVELY MANAGER KAY! Plus the hotel is gross and I skimmed through the other reviews and exactly what they said about the hotel is accurate.
