A nice store usually but a lot of merchandise was.missing as well as customer service. Check out was painstakingly slow as no one was paying attention to their customers! Hopefully they restock the store before end of summer!

All of my visits are very easy and fast thanks to the girl named Tae. Tae is always very professional and understanding about my needs and wants. Unlike other people in other stores Tae will answer every one of my questions no problem. If anyone in there gets promoted it should be her.

We shop here on a Memorial Day weekend to get some women's clothing.Located in the Philadelphia premium outlet mall, closer to the parking lot P. They have good clothing line up for women's and the store is maintained well ans you could fee huge difference as you walk in the store. They try to maintain the brand name for sure. The check-out lanes are supper fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate to high, in my opinion.
They do have a huge clearance section, and people are taking advantage of this. The checkout person is friendly, and the quality of clothing is always the best here. If you have a rewards account with them, you will get a percentage discount, or you can also use the VIP membership from Simon.

My wife liked it. They seemed to have a nice selection, and the items on sale were a good deal. All good quality merchandise.

My wife bought about $115 worth of stuff here, she asked at checkout for the person to apply a coupon if possible since usually they have a store coupon, the lady at checkout said nope there's no coupon. My wife then came back with the coupon in hand and asked to issue a return and apply the discount on a new order, it's a difference of about 20 bucks. The girl didn't issue a return instead did an exchange and charged extra for the "discount" (this is what they show on the receipt as your savings from the outlet) so we ended up paying for an additional $78 for 3 shirts we paid for already. She claims she returned the previous items and this is the new charge. I didn't know it's even possible to screw up this so badly. I called credit card company to dispute it, credit card company claims that it's a valid transaction. I called ann Taylor corporate, they said they can't do anything about in-store sales, I called the store they told me I gotta drive back to the store for them to issue me a refund. We live about 2 hours away, so not worth it to do that. So the end result is I ended up paying 180 dollars for 3 shirts and 78 dollars over regular price at the outlet. I will never go to this store again.

I don’t like the fact that Ann Taylor allowed McKenzie does McKenzie looked into another persons background without cooperates permission and then said it was protocol I believe it should be justice she should be held accountable

There was a specific sweater I wanted to buy and I was under the impression that it would be on sale because it wasn't two weeks before when I went the day after Thanksgiving. Still wasn't on sale and the one employee said that their hands were tied, it was up to corporate . She then had the nerve to offer me a credit card, which was the only way I could get a "discount ". My fiance and I walked out and I went online the next day and bought two of those sweaters that the store said that they couldn't put on sale because it was a "new item" on sale on the website for $24.00 each.
