This is a great store and mall. I come here once a year to buy Asics sneakers. I always buy 2 pairs and they always have my size which is extra wide. Clerks are always friendly and helpful.

Relative to the other shoe brands at the outlet mall, ASICS misses the mark. Limited selection and most shoes are at MSRP prices. BOGO half off isn’t enough to result in a purchase. A clearance section and additional discounts would justify the outlet name, but not without it. Pleasant and courteous staff save the store rating from being lower. This review comes from someone who is a longtime customer of ASICS shoes.

The shopping experience is good as the staffs are professional and good services. Therefore, I willing to make this feedback.
However, the experience of this questionnaire is vey bad. Firstly, there is no clear indication of the required information on the payment slip such as name of shop and invoice number. Moreover, no idea how can make this questionnaire continue. It seems your company is not really want to get the feedback from customer.

I created two orders online for 3 of the same pair of shoes. One of the orders had a 20% discount and the other had a 10% discount. I returned the shoes to the store and they returned the shoe under the wrong order which cheated me out of $14. For some reason their online and in store have very poor communication with each other. This has caused me over 3 hours of phone calls. I have spoken to a supervisor, Divine, from online and even 3 way'd in the manager from the outlets store. The manager explained it was there fault and the online Asics is still not refunding me the $14. I was very patient and gave them about 2 months to sort this out and I was being told I would see my $14 refund. I am back on the phone now and am now told that I might not even get a refund and they say that it's too bad it was done incorrectly but online and in store are different. Then they are telling me they "cant" transfer me to Divine. Little do they know I have already spoken to him several times, so they are just lying to me. I dont recommend doing business with Asics directly, they have horrible customer service, even when it's so obviously their screw up.

Upon visiting the Asics outlet after driving an hour, I discovered a sign on the door saying cash only. There was an IT problem. The sign also indicated a workaround of visiting the Asics website for a credit payment. When questioning the manager about the possibility of obtaining the bogo offer in store, the manager replied that was not possible, no workaround. In an attempt to figure out a way to not make this a wasted trip, I offered numerous suggestions. The manager named Matt became annoyed. His frustration boiled over to the point of a completely inappropriate level of loud disrespectful responses. This should never happen in a retail setting no matter the circumstances.
